Sad and Not Worth The Money Or Effort to Try to be Positive
Smell is intolerable; rotting garbage and extremely smelly hallways/common areas. Rent is way to high (even with their perks to make it reasonable) for what you live in. The complex is over 30 years old (I hear) and they are attempting to modernize but it is still a poor living environment. They used to check people out prior to moving in but they have not been checking out the recent newer tenant...some of them are less than desirable neighbors. Some neighbors are really nice but they seem to move out as soon as the lease is up. Laundry rooms are always dirty so you end up cleaning up the place before starting your laundry. The air conditioning and heating in the complex are odd; chilled air so you depend on chilled or heated water to cool your apt and warm the air during the applicable season. The parking lots is awful; very insecure and many stolen vehicles and break ins. We experienced both personally. Mgt was unsympathic and could do little to nothing for you. No security; just a courtesy patrol which appears invisible unless you call them. Loud music in hallways, the smell of pot smokers (weed, marijuana, illegal drugs, you pick the terminology)is evident in the back portion of the complex. The swimming pool and spa have been used by people to urinate and express their passion for another individual. The back half of the complex has been visited by the health department and action was taken to remove ASBESTOS from the building. Need I say more.
I would never recommend this place to anyone.
Stay away, no matter what!Share This Review
