Terrible phone service, nobody ever answers, roaches, 4 days without AC, very disappointed. Zero discounts on rent for things that are out of residents control to be fixed. Plumbing is terrible. I still have two holes in my wall from when the plumbers came to fix my sink. That was almost two months ago.

    Been around less than a year and reviews are this bad

    This used to be sierra ranch apartments but reviews got so bad they changed the name. After less than a year as Celia, negative reviews are catching up with reality. First floor floods on all apartments because they are underground and there is no moisture barrier between wood and earth. Cockroaches run rampant and their remediation is sub par at best. My apartment has flooded 2 times in one year and they just keep fixing drywall without solving the problem. Appliances are busted more often than not. Was sold on a washer dryer unit and my washer has been broken for 8 months now. ( to which they still try to collect monthly fees on.     It's a nice quiet community that's close to shopping, transportation and freeways. There is ample covered parking and maintenance is responsive to tenants needs. The pool and gym are very nice and well kept.

      The front desk was so helpful in a speedy move in. The amenities are so cute and add a nice touch. Some units are definitely better than other and I would definitely recommend a renovated unit. Some buildings have roaches so keep that in mind as well.

          The community is in a very convenient location and it is very quiet. The property is trying to modernize and improve but it has been a very slow process. There are many things that can be addressed within the structures. Managers change frequently.

            I would like to know when the water machines gonna get fixed. Also, fix the sidewalk going out, so it's not always flooded people with walkers like me. It is very inconvenient. During the renovations, no rent consideration was given they just raise the rent. The first new manager under the new ownership is very rude and didn't care if she wanted to keep any of the old tenant. Also, many tenants still have problems with cockroaches.

              well like most I feel for a 1 BR 500 sq ft apartment the rent is way too high but I'm sure it is to industry standards. I know through no fault of your own but due to language barrier difficult communicating with maintenance. Grounds seem well maintained front office very professional and caring. Work out center and new office amazing.

                They have inspections almost every week. I always have somebody trying to come into my apartment. It's very annoying and I get no notice. Because of this I always have to keep my dog kenneled which is not healthy for him. This has ruined this apartment complex experience for me completely.

                  I moved in May and the associate said the apartment was ready. It was clearly NOT READY! The main front burner on the stove doesn't work. The trim board along side of the stove is falling off. The floor in the kitchen is scuffed and black marks everywhere. The washer /dryer unit is slanted and tilted back, for what purpose, I have no idea! The apartment layout online shows a pantry there is no pantry. I filed all my complaints over a week ago and there has been NO ACKNOWLEDGMENT nor an eta on when the repairs can be scheduled or even addressed or completed. The bathroom is damaged. The handle for the shower was placed incorrectly. The handle, bottom and top spout move when you go to turn on the water. The handle leaks. The structure is definitely not secure! The vents weren't cleaned- they are FLITHY. They couldn't even take out the skylight cover to clean out all the bugs! It wasn't until I made a review on Google the apartment complex proceeded to be in contact with me. After at least two before any form of contact.

                    I feel safe even though it is a large complex at a busy intersection. I also love the location it is near public transportation and shopping . The downside is the cost of renting the additional charges (ie. parking when I don't own a car.)

                        This has been an absolutely terrible experience and I do not recommend living here. Cockroaches infest the units, the units are falling apart, and the office is almost antagonistic. The rent prices are astronomical and they nickel and dime you every month.

                        Do Not Move Here

                        I have lived here for just about a year. Here is why I cannot wait for my lease to be up soon. There are an infestation of roaches and the efforts from exterminators do minimal in getting them gone. I have not received a reply from an email from management in 9+ days regarding my lease and other concerns. I have had a service request in now for over 5+ days regarding a leaking AC vent and it has not been addressed as of yet. The company allows you to put in service requests and half the time they reply with that is the responsibility of the tenant not the complex. My hood range fan does not work. My dishwasher does not dry my dishes at all. My dryer needs to be run 2+ times in order to properly dry my clothes and you can forget about it drying a comforter at all. My walls have multiple shades of white on various walls throughout the unit. Maintenance does a less than average job at fixing repairs.                               Apartment move in experience was Good, initial security deposit was via cashier's check. Community is good, got a lot of dog parks, nice gym, pool and normal hang out area with BBQ 's. There are floor plans in 1bhk and one 2b1b model. We stayed for 8 months then transferred to another unit in the same community, a bigger 1bhk model. Transfer experience was also good, only one issue is security refund for old unit after move out. Following up since 3 months still no response from management on security refund. Hope to get it back soon, apart from this rest all going well. Maintenance service also really good, always fixed within 2 days if logging a ticket.

                                        Nice hangout area and employees take care of residents

                                        Apartments are nicely built and employees take care of residents. The amenities are also really nice. The gym has updated equipment and the new dog park is awesome! I would recommend a friend to move into Celia because of how nice it is!
