Do Not Move Here

I have lived here for just about a year. Here is why I cannot wait for my lease to be up soon. There are an infestation of roaches and the efforts from exterminators do minimal in getting them gone. I have not received a reply from an email from management in 9+ days regarding my lease and other concerns. I have had a service request in now for over 5+ days regarding a leaking AC vent and it has not been addressed as of yet. The company allows you to put in service requests and half the time they reply with that is the responsibility of the tenant not the complex. My hood range fan does not work. My dishwasher does not dry my dishes at all. My dryer needs to be run 2+ times in order to properly dry my clothes and you can forget about it drying a comforter at all. My walls have multiple shades of white on various walls throughout the unit. Maintenance does a less than average job at fixing repairs. I do not have a pantry nor do I have a microwave as indicated by the website photos, they are very deceiving in this way. The apartment charges over $220 per month in added fees. My base rent is $1077 and I pay $1300 every month which is too expensive for these units even with inflation and market adjustments. Trust me when I say there are better apartment complexes than this one. Almost any of them. The cheap monthly rent initially was appealing to me but now I see why they are so cheap after 10mo of living here. It is unsanitary, they are not friendly, they do a poor job, please just dont make the mistake I did by moving here. UPDATE!!! After over TWO weeks still no email response, and when I went into the management office the assistant manager was “too busy” for me and wouldn’t see me. I will be calling to speak with the actual manager and reporting this situation to the regional manager as well. I have NEVER had such poor customer service from anywhere in my life. These are not professionals in my opinion.
