I would like to know when the water machines gonna get fixed. Also, fix the sidewalk going out, so it's not always flooded people with walkers like me. It is very inconvenient.  During the renovations, no rent consideration was given they just raise the rent. The first new manager under the new ownership is very rude and didn't care if she wanted to keep any of the old tenant. Also, many tenants still have problems with cockroaches.

DO NOT RENT HERE!  This place has a cockroach infestation&#44; even after they had a company spray for bugs multiple times. The photo shown is how my apartment looked when I moved in. They didn&#39;t even clean the laundry area which is part of the kitchen. I asked for it to be cleaned and they did not clean it. The closet door was broken. They did not fix that&#44; either. The office staff refuses to handle any complaints or work order requests. They also entered my property without my permission and without notice. Apartments have mold and the cabinets are made with rotted wood that is falling apart.

Kara Shaw is Rude, Loud, Angry and a big Bully to anyone that might complain about the Cockroach infestation problem. The Apartment community has been slowly declining under her poor management skills. There are cockroaches in every single unit. There is dog crap everywhere. Bottom Line, the Apartment Complex is deteriorating quickly.

If I could give this 0 stars I would. What appealed to me was the price of rent and what was included. Don&apos;t let the price fool you, it&apos;s low for a reason. Everything is cheaply made, nothing works, everything breaks, and flat out lied to. I was promised a fully renovated apartment and upon moving in, was given an old outdated apartment. I have had to call maintenance monthly for water leaks (that took almost 3 weeks to fix), closet pole breaking, bugs, etc. Not to mention my car getting broken into by transients walking the streets and dumpster diving right outside my apartment. My roommate and I are paying an outrageous amount to break our lease because we consider this place UNFIT for living. When dealing with the assistant manager (that has worked there for 4 years) he &quot;forgot&quot; who I was and said he was too busy and never called me back even when I called 3 times, left voicemails and even walked into the office twice to speak in person. From a &quot;business stand point&quot; there was nothing he could do to help my situation because I waited too long to voice my opinion and I&apos;ve only lived here for 5 months, and that was 5 months too long. There&apos;s a reason why this place has a horrible rating, I would NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPLEX TO ANYONE!!!

The worse of the worse don&apos;t lease here ! It&apos;s infested with cockroaches there everywhere there&apos;s no excuses for this type of living ! I advise other people go elsewhere it&apos;s not worth the money you spend here !

Roaches EVERYWHERE. Do not rent from this place. I don&apos;t even bother keeping the small ones anymore since they are constant and everywhere as if they were ants. When I complained to the office ladies they said &quot;oh, I don&apos;t understand what the problem with roaches are... they don&apos;t bother me&quot;. They might enjoy living in trash- I don&apos;t. RUN from this place, don&apos;t even bother.

The problems started upon move in. We payed $1,528.04 for the 1st month rent. It was for a unit they told us was completely upgraded. They would not let us see the apartment and upon move in we found the apartment to not be ready (water heater in the living room, carpets not vacuumed, trash everywhere) or the expected features anywhere near what we payed for. We also found a huge roach presence in the apartment. So we went to the front office and talked to a girl named Connie who assured us they would fix all of the problems and pro-rate the month since we would not be living there. Fast forward a couple days, the apartment is still not ready and the roaches are getting even worse even though we hadnâ€™t moved in. We go back to Connie and she assures us again that everything will be taken care of. I had sent an email detailing everything that was supposed to be taken care for us to move in, about a quarter of that list was addressed. It was there that I was able to corner Cody (property manager) as he is unreachable via phone or email. Cody visited our apartment and said that he would see to it that we were taken care of and that we could move in in the next couple days (this is 2 weeks after our move in date). The exterminator came and sprayed with no effect. Then the day after, our roof collapsed due to a storm and flooded the bedroom. At this point we had enough. We had given them too many chances. We went to the front desk and demanded all our money back and to be out of the lease. Connie was the one that happened to be there and said that all of our money was going to be returned. She then gives us a call back the day after I turned in the keys to her and says we are only getting $700 of the original amount because we had possession of the apartment. That is a complete lie as we were forced to make other living arrangements as they had given us a broken down and unfinished apartment. Not to mention all of our personal money we sank into it trying to clean it and make it livable to no avail.

Iâ€™ve been dealing with roaches the past few months. Iâ€™ve complied with the standard treatment the complex offered along with a fog process that took 3 weeks, nothing has worked. I have asked for a mutual release agreement and for corporate to call me and all that happened was a staff member came and viewed the apartment. Filing with the health dept and bbb next if nothing comes of my emails.

Roaches everywhere 

This place is absolutely horrible, do not move here. I lived in a one bedroom apartment, which was highly overpriced, and it was and still is deeply infested with German cockroaches. My 1 year old son started getting bitten in his sleep, food and water were regularly contaminated, and you canâ€™t walk into the kitchen at night without literally hundreds of cockroaches scattering about. I put in a service for pest control, which took 9 days to be acted upon, and all they did was send in a Burns tech to spray which did nothing. On May 16th I cited our tenant rights and told them they had 5 days to fix the issue before we can terminate our lease, which is also written in our lease agreement. They refused to let us leave and continued to do general sprays that did not help at all. We stayed there an additional 60 days before we finally packed up and left because my son was continuing to get bitten. When I sent them an email stating that we were leaving and will sue if they donâ€™t return our deposit, the property manager requested to meet with us in person. During the meeting she tried to deny that we were dealing with a health hazard. I reminded her that our son was being bitten and she tried to deny that she had any knowledge of that prior to the meeting. I reminded her that I told her about this in my email over two months ago, and she admitted that she knew it was a health hazard. Currently, she is trying to withhold our deposit and charge us 4 months of rent for breaking lease early. We also lost all of our furniture and many belongings due to them being infested with hundreds of cockroaches. In addition to the cockroaches, we also had our car wrongfully towed due to lack of communication within the office, and dealt with plumbing problems that caused mold and water damage and were not tended to for up to 3 weeks. There was a day that we called the office over five times because our bathroom was flooding and there was mold and rotting water, and when no one answered my husband went to the office in person. They denied that anyone had called. The management is horrible and rude and plays mind games with you to avoid responsibility. Do yourself a favor and do not live here!

I love Celia apartments and the leasing team, they are very supportive, and when I report any issues with my unit they solve it immediately, Since I moved here I haven't experienced any issues or bad experiences at all, the community is always clean, brand new gym and clean pool as well, im very happy in my place ??

Disappointing Experience - Roach Infestation and Neglectful Management

My experience at this apartment complex has been nothing short of a nightmare. From day one, I've been dealing with a persistent roach infestation that has made living here unbearable. Despite my repeated complaints, submitted week after week, the management has shown a complete lack of concern or urgency in addressing this issue.

Not only have they failed to take any effective action to resolve the problem, but they have also neglected their responsibility to maintain a habitable living environment for their tenants. It's outrageous that despite the severity of the issue, they have not taken any steps to repossess the lease or offer any viable solutions.

If you value your peace of mind and well-being, I strongly advise against considering this apartment complex. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment by looking elsewhere for a place to call home.

Persistent Roach Infestation and Negligent Management

Despite multiple complaints, the roach infestation issue persists, and the leasing office shows little concern or action to address it. This is my second review in the past few weeks, highlighting the ongoing problem and the lack of responsiveness from the management. Disappointing and unacceptable.

It's been a long hard road. Bad mind and   attendances. Bugs, plumbing,mold.Drug heads.Now there's new roof, exterior paint.Resurfaced parking lot.Remoduled pool and grounds.Smileing faces.

I have lived here for just about a year. Here is why I cannot wait for my lease to be up soon. There are an infestation of roaches and the efforts from exterminators do minimal in getting them gone. I have not received a reply from an email from management in 9+ days regarding my lease and other concerns. I have had a service request in now for over 5+ days regarding a leaking AC vent and it has not been addressed as of yet. The company allows you to put in service requests and half the time they reply with that is the responsibility of the tenant not the complex. My hood range fan does not work. My dishwasher does not dry my dishes at all. My dryer needs to be run 2+ times in order to properly dry my clothes and you can forget about it drying a comforter at all. My walls have multiple shades of white on various walls throughout the unit. Maintenance does a less than average job at fixing repairs. I do not have a pantry nor do I have a microwave as indicated by the website photos, they are very deceiving in this way. The apartment charges over $220 per month in added fees. My base rent is $1077 and I pay $1300 every month which is too expensive for these units even with inflation and market adjustments. Trust me when I say there are better apartment complexes than this one. Almost any of them. The cheap monthly rent initially was appealing to me but now I see why they are so cheap after 10mo of living here. It is unsanitary, they are not friendly, they do a poor job, please just dont make the mistake I did by moving here. UPDATE!!! After over TWO weeks still no email response, and when I went into the management office the assistant manager was â€œtoo busyâ€� for me and wouldnâ€™t see me. I will be calling to speak with the actual manager and reporting this situation to the regional manager as well. I have NEVER had such poor customer service from anywhere in my life. These are not professionals in my opinion.

Do Not Move Here

This has been an absolutely terrible experience and I do not recommend living here. Cockroaches infest the units, the units are falling apart, and the office is almost antagonistic. The rent prices are astronomical and they nickel and dime you every month.

This used to be sierra ranch apartments but reviews got so bad they changed the name. After less than a year as Celia, negative reviews are catching up with reality. First floor floods on all apartments because they are underground and there is no moisture barrier between wood and earth. Cockroaches run rampant and their remediation is sub par at best. My apartment has flooded 2 times in one year and they just keep fixing drywall without solving the problem. Appliances are busted more often than not. Was sold on a washer dryer unit and my washer has been broken for 8 months now. ( to which they still try to collect monthly fees on. Save yourself the trouble and go with a reputable apartment complex. This place is trash. Gym, front office and pool look nice. Donâ€™t get sold.
