We moved here in September. The management is very nice and very efficient. I have been pleasantly surprised by the fact that I never hear neighbors on either side of me, and I assume that it is because of the floor plans keeping common living areas away from each other. I am not sure why anyone would complain about the management because I stop in frequently and they have always been friendly. Once I had a leak and it was fixed immediately. The grounds are very nicely landscaped. The garages have ample space. I see complaints about parking but we each have garages so that doesn't really affect me. Location is perfect, so many places are very close. Ie Costco, gas stations, Frys, Albertsons, Desert Ridge shopping center, PV mall. Subway and a couple of sports bars are within walking distance. Also the rent, while it is in the pricier range, I would rather pay a little more and be surrounded by people who have passed extensive background checks and can afford a little more than to live in a pretty to look at, but cheap priced complex full of criminals and shady neighbors. You get what you pay for.
