We moved in in March and at first it was perfect, now the place is so filled with residents, there is NO parking EVER, so we have to park in front of the garage, where we get notices saying we cannot do that, But if the office staff looked around for 2 seconds they would see a lot of people are having to do this due to the lack of space. We live in the Indigo which is the smallest floorpan, DO NOT RENT THIS FLOORPAN! Your whole living space is over 3 garages, one which is yours and 2 others which belong to your neighbors, where they will go in and out 1000 times a day! It is the most annoying thing EVER. its very loud and will wake you up. Also, we live right by a dumpster, so EVERY wednesday and Sat morning when the trash man comes its seriously as if some one is bulldozing a building. It is SO LOUD and not pleasing. I would consider breaking my lease just because of this dilemma. We lost our mailbox key and one of the staff members said she would call me the same day with info on how to get a new one with pricing etc. never heard from her, that was 3/4 weeks ago. Also at the front entrance of our apartment we started to see a termite tunnel, so I went to the office to inform them, she kindly apologized and wrote a note for the maintenance guy to come that following morning because he was gone for the day already... 4 days later NOTHING, so I go back to the office and they said " well we see the note I don't know why he didn't go by" . . . ummm? okay? thanks? The only legit thing about this place is the gym, they have free weights which most complexes do not. This is a nice place inside and out, TO LOOK AT, but not to live in. It is def not worth the $1,358 we pay each month. They talk big and put on a front when you move in, but once your in they could care less. I would not recommend renting from this place and we will most definitely not be re signing.
