I live in the complex next door to Cobalt. It was a nice quiet neighborhood before Cobalt - we can never leave our windows open because all we hear is screaming children on the other side of the wall ALL DAY long! Oh and their classless parents scream, too! It is absolutely awful. we could never sell because who would buy a house where you have to listen to this all day! There is a common area but they insist on playing outside their garage which is right outside my house. It is just terrible!
Cobalt never planted trees between our property to block the noise either - so inconsiderate as there was supposed to be "green space" between the two properties.
