Simply put, I love this place. I've lived at several other apartments around the valley, and this is the best I've seen. Everything was beautifully clean on move-in, units are huge and well laid out, and the grounds are kept in spectacular shape year-round. I had actually put a deposit down at another property, but touring this place made me change my mind.
I face Union Hills, along the north side of the community, and the noise from traffic is noticeable, but better than I expected. Parking is a significant challenge, as it always is with small communities like this. The office staff is stellar; they are friendly, attentive, and willing to help however they can. I will most definitely be renewing my lease this year.
