30% of the residents here are children under the age of 12. If you have children this community is great.
The amenities are great, just don't plan ever using the pool, jacuzzi or fire pit with out unattended children screaming and splashing all around and at all hours. I have never been able to have one relaxing day in this complex at the pool. The are at the very least 5 kids (usually more!) screaming and playing in the pool EVERY single day sometimes until 9pm. and now that it is summer and they are all out of school it is even worse.
This is a beautiful community I wish I did not have to move, but I really can not handle the GROUPS of small children. I think it is great that the parents and their kids have a nice place to live. But, if you don't have children and dont want to see them riding big wheels and tricycles and scooters all over the complex, all hours of the day and night move somewhere else. You can find a much more relaxing adult orientated community for $1500 a month.
