Cobalt is a generally friendly community. The apartments are well designed, on two floors, with no other tenants directly above or below you. Having attached garages is a real plus. The trimming of bushes and tress needs to be kept up better. I wish people would pick up after their dogs, especially since management provides the waste bags.

The office personnel are friendly and responsive to high-priority maintenance requests. The neighbors are mostly friendly, but despite the lease terms and community rules, there are still residents who smoke on-site and/or do not pick up after their dogs.

Cobalt Apartments have several advantages we did not see when we were first looking for an apartment - an attached garage, and a two-car garage as well. Also, my 2 BR apartment is on two levels, and we do not have other tenants directly above or below us.

The apartments have a great design, with two floors so there are no neighbors either above or below us. Also, having an attached two-car garage is great. The staff and residents are very friendly. The maintenance man, Oakley, is very responsive to service requests.
