Quiet surroundings quite a few amenities. Gardening area. Pool same temp all year. Outdoor shower. Tile backsplash. Lots of storage. Free bike usage. Apartment carpeting better than average. Hallway carpeting better.

The staff is wonderful and very responsive to needs. We have been very pleased with every aspect of our apt complex. The staff is friendly and seeks to meet the resident's needs. They also plan community events to help you feel a part of the apt complex.

It has been very satisfying living at Liv+. The staff is friendly and concerned for the needs of tennants. In addition the grounds and facilities are well maintained as well a communication on a regular basis. Bravo on a job well done!

Liv Plus in Phoenix Az. I just moved in. The team here made it so easy and stressless to move in. The place looks a 5 star resort. It is kept up like a 5 star resort. 5 stars. I had two of my grandkids over this past week and they loved the place. All they kept talking about was how great a place grandpa lives at. Great, peaceful and friendly vibe here.

I like the apartments I wish it had a tub option. Also, I felt like the patios were smaller than what I would've liked to seen and the leasing at this time was out of our budget until they really get more activities and more people leasing we decided to lease from a location that was still in the area, but was much cheaper
