It's a good community, and management is very friendly! I love the pools, and it's a relatively quiet, safe area. My only issues with it here are that there's a mildew smell (I think it's coming from the AC vents because I've tried cleaning from floor to ceiling, I have a dehumidifier, and an air purifier), and there are gnats no matter how clean I am. I take out my trash almost every night, I clean religiously, I don't leave any food out on the countertops, I pour boiling water down the drains, I have gnats traps, I keep my cat litter box clean, and yet the gnats are still a problem. I wonder if they come from the vents too maybe. I also kind of wish that parking spots were assigned. And the stench of dog pee is overwhelming in certain spots because a few people let their dogs habitually pee on one stairway, and it never gets hosed down or rained on and management doesn't have any ideas to get them to stop doing it. But other than that, it's a good apartment complex and I like it here.

The people are nice especially the workers but there was problems with the apartment that weren't addressed very quick right when I moved in. The biggest thing being the roach infestation and the pest control doesn't seem to work. It's disgusting

My experience has been alright I love the maintenance team, I love all the little seasonal holiday events, parties and little snacks, however I don't like that the washer and dryer is so expensive now and i don't like how my neighbor died and management completely ignored his neighbors as if it didn't happen or care to inform us what happened.

In general, this is a great place to live. Centrally located, nice amenities, reasonably priced, friendly and efficient staff, timely repairs, great neighbors, usually pretty quiet, and safe. My only major complaint is parking. After a certain hour, good luck finding parking that's actually close to your apartment. Almost everyone I've spoken with who lives here agrees that we would happily pay a premium for assigned parking, and additional covered spaces. I hope that's something they consider implementing in the future. But in the grand scheme of things, that's not a huge problem and is totally worth dealing with to live here. We could also use a hot tub but hey, can't have it all!

I like living here. It's not perfect but no place is. As long as my rent doesn't increase by tons like it was I'll stay longer. Maintenance is great. The current office staff, has been great. Love it!

Poar inside the apartments everything is fine but on the outside, those who pick up the garbage leave food thrown away and never clean it, look, I can't find parking, I pay for services that I don't use, urine and a few dogs in the corridors and they are not cleaned by maintenance, that's my opinion

This apartment community has been mostly satisfactory during my residence; the administration is responsive as is the maintenance team, and the amenities are kept well and the price is fair considering alternatives. The biggest drawback is the HVAC - the ancient system does not allow for user-control of heat/AC and you are left waiting for the apartment as a whole to switch over from heating to AC or vice versa. This leaves you with sizeable portions of the year where, despite the heat outside, you have no effective way of cooling your apartment. Other than that, I wish this community did a better job of screening its residents and enforcing rules - the community is constantly overrun with trash, cigarette smoke, and dog waste. Apart from things of that nature, I have had a fairly pleasant experience.

Before I moved in to my current apartment, I lived in a different, smaller apartment in this community. Rather than finding a bigger apartment elsewhere, I chose to relocate here, because I have had such a good experience. Since moving into my current apartment, my satisfaction has only grown. I love the layout of my 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment, and having a covered patio is a major plus.

Its been nice so far ! I have limited inter actions with my neighbors but so far still good ! I would have to admit security could be better during the early morning and day but its ok ! So far ok!

I went to check it out and it’s nice. Very spacious and clean. I was shown 3 different types of apartments and all were well kept. The renovated ones are especially nice. Applying to live here and Tania was so much help! Thank you! ??????????

its been okay there is alot of marijuana use and complants about children when this is an apartment complex without a playground so there is no designanted area for kids to play. there is alot of people who are being given way to many chances when it comes to stalking and pepping threw windows. there is a community member who walks around blaring music with no care for neighbors or children and he has a vehicle which is not street legal tacking up a whole parking space that he refuses to share with any other motorcycle. The back gate needs a sign that states it is an exit only as google and door dash like to send people to that gate and there is no signing telling them that it is an exit and to enter off Thomas.

I love the inside of my apartment! What I don't like is that others on a regular basis put out & leave their trash on non pickup days, which makes it difficult to use the sidewalks, therefore needing to walk in the gravel. Also, some pet owners walk their unleashed dogs & do not pick up their fecal matter. Something other than sending emails, since that clearly isn't working , to clean up these situations. Not only is it extremely disgusting, stinky, attracts bugs, it's rude & selfish.

Rent prices are higher in Phoenix than one would like; my apartment gets quite hot during the winter (ironically), perhaps because my entire building's heater is above my unit (I don't turn the heater on at all during winter); other than that, staff has been professional, maintenance does a good job; only issue is nearby transients coming onto the property at times, particularly if front gate is broken (my laundry was stolen once); overall I'd rate this complex an A-

The staff is responsive to any and all issues, which has been great. I appreciate the diverse range of families here in the complex, and overall it's been a good experience. I do have a bit of a cockroach issue, but the staff has been good about tending to the problem.

They charge me over 900 dollars to live in a brick box. The community washroom next to my house smells like burned rubber sometimes. Roaches come out of the bathroom drains and leave droppings around the tub. The parking lot is a free for all with too few spaces to accommodate the amount of people that have a car here. Best thing about this place is my neighbor and that fact that my door locks.

My experience here at Omnia on Thomas has been pleasant so far. They have friendly and helpful office staff and have managed to address any and all problems I've encountered so far. The community of residents have also been very friendly and I have not encountered any issue up to this point. Over all a pleasant experience.

Looks a lot nicer than it actually is. The front gate is broken half the time, the windows don't seal shut so every noise in the parking lot gets blasted into your room, and rent's gone up 40% in just 2 years.

Not so good the gates never work, no light on at night for the past 4 or more weeks can't walk in the community because can not see in the dark, most of us do not feel safe. And management keep stalling and keep soon it will be fixed still waiting for parts it is an electrician issue, don't move here bad management

these apartments are not safe i had my gas tank drilled a hole in, my tail gate stolen, and my apartment broken into and i was sexually assaulted. If i had a choice i wouldn't live here anymore but i cant because i dont have a working car and i live 10 minutes walk to work and i cant break my lease even though i feel unsafe because they still make you pay to break your lease no matter what situation happens to you

I live in a studio that is quite and exactly what I want in a home. I appreciate the mail room, workout area, and pool areas. I'm close to downtown, work, and shopping. The management is always friendly.

Omnia on Thomas made it quick and convenient for me to fill out an application at the leasing office via tablet. I was accepted quickly and simply had to email a headlined proof of employment an income sheet. After moving in I found that it is a quiet community with night time security patrol. There are also four pools and a dog walking area which makes it easy to socialize in the neighborhood.
