This place is fantastic. I ended up putting in a deposit for a unit months before move-in, because I just couldn't pass up the amazing rent these guys offered me. I was shopping for a 1-bedroom but I ended up here with a 2-bedroom, 2-bath unit with more space than I imagined I could get with my budget! And not only is it spacious, the interior is clean and aesthetic, the appliances are new and functioning well.... I know these things sound trivial, but the last place I lived in was a dump, and this place is just an unbeatable bargain. I feel proud to have company -- my unit is flooded with natural light with all the big, beautiful windows and my huge deck. And not only does it look nice -- the community is awesome! It's quiet and mature, and even the pool tends to be quiet and relaxing, especially in the evenings. Assigned, covered parking is, of course, awesome as well, and it's nice to have gated security -- and LOTS of extra parking for guests and for those with more than one vehicle. And the staff -- unparalleled: I was e-mailing the property representative on her days off and she was still responding to answer all my many questions. And that didn't stop after move-in either, the staff is still very helpful, informative, and prompt. I am IMPRESSED.
