Maintenance really bad. They don't even care about emergency request. My kitchen disposal is not working for last 22 days. Someone came to check in after 2 weeks and figured that it needs replacement. He said that he would come next day with new one. Its been a week since that happened and no one showed up. I followed up with office saying that it really stinks in the house. Their response is quite normal saying that there are other emergency requests in community. For the last 2+ years the maintenance is really worst. I called up/visited office at least 6 times for the same request. Update 1: BTW, if you are newly moved in then your request will be taken care immediately. That's what is happening right now. Someone just moved in to my next door and maintenance guy is at their door to take care of something. Whereas if you are old resident (me) and if your Emergency request is pending for 20+ days then it does NOT matter to them. No one answers your calls even if you drop note in voice mail. No response in email either. WORST service. And you can not enter office because of Covid 19 the office is closed. May God bless old residents in Palmcourt apartments.

Nice and secured place but no play area for kids. Also, recently the prices have gone up compared to neighborhood apartments. Still a decent place to live at. I would recommend friend to live here, given he/she gets it for decent price.
