I have been here 8 years. You moved me out of my prev unit to upgrade the unit i get that. However you then move me jnto the worst unit in this complex there is no way others are worse than this. The bath was dirty when moving jn food still in garbage disposal dishwasher wasnt working bugs cabinets missing loose laundry mat doors exposed pipe in bedroom i have put in so many requests to get fixed and still not everything fixed. I have had normal maintenance requests in prev units so its not like i have a history of this i need management or corporate to reach out to me because this is not ok especially how much you guys have up charged and took advantage of the market

Not worth only benefit is near freeways other than that tje neighborhood has gotten substantially worse the park near qt is disgusting now and tons of drug activity. Dont move here go more north if possible

Terrible maintenance, communication, and price gouging. I had work orders from about 3 months ago that they just asked about. Id recommended to anyone asking do not live here unless last resort. Also learn how to be handy is all i can say you will be fixing things yourself

I have been here for 8 years and it has gone progressively worse they took advantage of Covid and increased rent by 400$ also learn how to fix plumbing yourself they wont ever get to it i had 2 maintenance requests from September and they just asked about them last week. I had to figure it out myself now i have a leak in the roof let s see how long that takes

Run away absolutely terrible price gouged and maintenance takes more than a month. I have been here for over 8 yrs in two different units and they have consistently price gouged and maintenance has gotten terrible

More cost less service hopefully nothing breaks or you will be waiting 3-6 weekd minimum. This wasnt just once this has happend 3 times in the last 6-8 months. The price here has gone up dramatically as well i will leave as soon as i can

Way to expensive next to a free way with a giant flapping sign that smacks against the bed room wall but because its marketing its not gonna be taken down. I asked about it when i first moved in person and never really got a response i just lived with it
