Dear Resident, We regret to hear that you are displeased with your recent experience with us. Our management company has not changed in the last 8 years. We are going through a shortage of maintenance staffing issue currently. This is happening throughout the industry, and we are working diligently to overcome this challenge. All residents have to qualify the same, and we cannot deny residency to those that qualify as you did when applying for your home here at Palm Court. We rent to the general public. I do apologize if you are hearing loud music, and would be happy to address these issues with the resident that are disrupting the peace and enjoyment of the community. I have not received any complaints of these noises from you or other residents, and would be more then willing to make contact with the residents that are violating their lease if I had been notified of these incidents. Please reach out to me in the future so that I can address these concerns moving forward. We are still a smoke free community, and we also follow the federal law on marijuana usage at our community. I will also address these concerns with residents who are violating these rules of the community, all you need to do is contact me and report what is going on. We will handle it the best we can. We are not on the property 24/7, and cannot watch over the community at all times. Our residents are our eyes and ears on the property, and we need the residents to report these things so that we can address them properly. The pot hole that was in the parking lot was repaired, and due to the rain that we had we were not able to fix it properly until it was dry. Our goal is to always address items as quick as we can, but from time to time there are things that stand in our way.
