I was here yesterday when we were having phone trouble. Tina kept answering the phone and she got disconnected. She was not hanging up on you or trying to be rude. I know she finally heard back from you and did answer your concern. Sometimes there are 2 sides to every story. We certainly don't want you to feel we are being rude and unhelpful. I had 9 bath towels that were completely saturated I have photos of every thing maintenance also said that their was a large Crack up in the unit and pipes were broken off. I followed what I was told to next day my hospice nurse came out to do a welfare check on me cause I have on kemo 7 days aweek nurse also said it was way too hot in this apartment for me to stay in and dangerous to my health situation we are in the apartment now it is 85 degrees with the a c running. We were told to go ahead and get a room and manager said she would see what could been done. The a.c is on and been on the past 3 days we had to continuously come back several times to empty the buckets of water.
