HOMELESS DRUG ADDICTS LIVING ON THE SIDEWALKS AND IN THE ENTRANCES OFF F

I AND OTHERS HAVE EMAILED THIS APARTMENT MANY TIMES SINCE IT HAS OPENED,HOMELESS PEOPLE HAVE TAKEN OVER THE WHOLE SIDEWALK BESIDE THE ENTRANCES OFF FILLMORE,NEVER SEE ANY SECURITY MOVING THEM OUT OF THAT BUILDING,SOME GENIUS PUT A BUS STOP 12 FEET FROM ONE ENTRANCE TO THE BUILDING AND THERE DRUG BUS STOP DWELLERS BUILD HOMES IN IT,,USEING THE SIDEWALK AND BUS STOP AS A BATHROOM,,,IM GUESSING THEY HAVE NO MAMAGEMENT,
