So far this has been a great transition.The place is quiet and slowly filling.The staff members are nice and helpful. The amenities are great! My kiddo and I love the place so far! We look forward to the events and gatherings that will take place here aswell.

Wish management was more involved in moving process but overall love the community very quiet feels very safe love the amenities. Close to many stores within 3 mile radius. Close to south mountain with it being your backyard just about

Great apartment layout for a 2 bedroom. Living room and kitchen are open and plenty of space! Really love the idea of community here and all the amenities. I looked at 6 different apartment complexes in the area and this one was by far the best choice! The staff are super helpful and pleasant as well!

Wow! On top of being in the best location in Laveen, this place has so many wonderful amenities and so many wonderful staff! My Studio overlooks the south mountains and my favorite part: I get to watch the sunset from my room every night! I couldn't have this anywhere else but Sol by Liv38 < 3

We have lived here for a few months and have loved every part of it, the property is clean and quiet,staff is super friendly and helpful the amenities are great. The only issue we have is the water pressure is not that great unit wide but not a deal breaker for us

Great friendly community. Everyone is welcoming and staff is great with helping out residents as needed. If an issue on-site, the staff are always willing to help and see what is the best way they can accommodate their residents.

My wife and I had been looking for apartments to live. We had seen 6 others prior to this one. We weren't sold on the previous six and might have signed a lease with reservations at these other places. When we toured at Sol34 we loved that everything is new and we instantly knew that this is where we wanted to live. We were also looking for a first apartment which was available.

The community so far is welcoming, and quiet. The residents here are respectful and always greet you when they see you. The staff is very attentive too as they are always reaching out in a timely manner.

When I stopped by I was not expecting what I saw. Community looked great and pool area was beautiful. Space in the apartment with valet trash was exactly what I was looking for. I loved the 24 hour amenities.

I've lived here a few weeks now, and I really do think it's perfect. It's very clean, and the landscaping is always well kept. I see staff on property every day, and the maintenance team is awesome!

Great property management. This will be my second Liv property, maintenance crews are awesome within less than 24hr visit upon work ticket created. Communication is always key, Liv always excels in communicating any activities, news and upcoming events. In General, really happy and satisfied being part of their communities.

I love the apartments so far. I like everything about the apartment complex.I love the clubhouse it has some many games to play with your guest.The pool,gym,spa, or amazing best apartments. I lived in so far.
