It's been ok. We've had issues in the past with the lack of responsiveness from management, but it seems like things have improved. I will add that I hate the Gatewise app. It's not unusual for a line of cars to form because no one's app is working. And remove or cover the old DoorKing. I often see people trying to use it.

The building is well maintained and centraly located. The maintainance and grounds staff work hard to keep the common areas tidy and in good order. The pools are always well maintained. The garbage/trash areas can fill up quickly but the staff always work to quickly to clear the areas.

The Station at Central is a lovely set of apartment homes with caring staff and friendly neighbors. The neighborhood is perfect and complex grounds are well kept with updated and well designed amenities.

Great customer service from all staff from maintenance to onsite management. All staff is very friendly. Lots of activities monthly that are well planned. Neighbors are very friendly and kind. This is a lovely community with many amenities.

I've only lived at this apartment for a week, so far it's been good. Parking is easy, haven't had any issues, the apartment itself is great. Guest parking has plenty of parking space as well. The community also has events to get everyone together so I've noticed that and enjoy it

The maintenance and office personnel do a great job helping their residents. There is an issue with crime here but it's not as bad as other large properties can be. It's a nice property to live at and very ideal location to getting to all areas of Phoenix and surrounding areas.

The apartment is very spacious, and was very clean when I moved in. The area is convenient if you use the light rail to travel. If you order big packages it might be concerning because they leave them outside the parcel lockers. Overall 4/5

Its been good for the most part. I had one bad experience where the fire alarm kept goingg off in my building several times during the day. They finalky had an alarm company showcup at 123am to fixcit, but that was the worst. Other than that, I have had a good experience there!

The apartment is clean and convenient, the location is great, the office staff courteous and responsive and the maintenance staff makes a lot of efforts to keep it clean. I find it expensive but altogether, we are happy here and feel safe.

This apartment complex is in a really good location for us. We got out downtown and in Melrose, plus we work close by so it works out great. The neighbors are friendly for the most part and the maintenance guys keep the grounds looking really nice and clean. The only con is that the leaf blowers always start at 7:30am and ruin my last hour of sleep before work.

MOVING INTO THE APARTMENT WAS VERY TOUGH WITH LIMITED ELEVATORS AROUND THE COMMUNITY. OTHER THAN THAT THE APARTMENT WAS VERY CLEAN ON ARRIVAL AND THE TEAM WAS QUICK IN RESPONDING TO WORK ORDERS. POOL IS VERY NICE AND UPKEPT BEAUTIFULLY ALONG WITH COMFY BEACH CHAIRS

The community itself has been wonderful, so far. Quiet and clean complex, nice neighbors, and great location. The move in process was not desirable and there were a variety of issues with our home, including; no AC, no hot water, rusted appliances, and missing parts on appliances. We were given the keys late the day of our move in and felt rushed out of the office during the process. Maintenance fixed (some) of our issues, but most have still been left.

While the amenities and facilities are great and well maintained the staff has had a massive lapse in disclosing when/how their move-in payments are required-- they will not accept anything outside of credit/debit card it paying on your move-in date and do not make this clear in their communications. When I moved in I was blown away to find sunflower seeds in the garbage disposal which leads to damage. Even worse the washing machine was not hooked in properly and required me calling emergency maintenance on my first night to make sure the kitchen didn't flood.

Karizma in the office was very helpful when my girlfriend and I were apartment hunting. We toured multiple locations and this community had open concepts in the room that make the rooms feel very large compared to other apartments. This apartment complex also had much better prices compared to others in the same area. The apartment and amenities are great, and its fairly easy to get help if needed.

Absolutely the best assistant manager and manager in the 20 years I've been here. Leasing agent Karizma. -Taylor and Darlene have been outstanding. The new apt is gorgeous. It hurts as a retiree my apt has gone up $700 a month. It's hard, I'm 70. I wish you could make pricing concessions for retirees over 65.

Just recently moved in 10 days back and couldn't be happier. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The property is beautiful and all of the common areas are gorgeous and well taken care of. The apartment is spacious, very quiet, close to shopping/groceries. The community gym is very good and need for any gym membership.

I liked the community at first but as time went on I realized how mismanaged the property was. Little things started to bother me, the jacuzzi was always broken, the hallways were trashed and bird poop covered the stair wells. But things for worse when I started to input maintenance requests and I was practically ignored. Contacting the office is such a pain, they will hang up on you and you have to constantly call to get them to call back. It's truly a nightmare. When we were moving in my boyfriend wasn't told until day of that we could not move in until after 5pm, so he went to the office to discuss the matter further. The manager asked him to step into the waiting area, locked him out, put up an "away on lunch" sign and then would not answer the phone. The property somehow continuously deletes my Google reviews as well so I can't warn others.
