I love living here but I like all other Phoenicians would like a rent freeze for a few years rent increases are killing the average person trying to live comfortably here in Phoenix just give us a break

I have lived here in this community in 4 different apartments since 2008 and I love it all. I have given you all the characters that I am going to give, If these are not enough for you then I suggest you write it yourself.

I LOVE IT HERE i moved into this complex in 2008, I moved into a 3 bdrm with my children , I have been in my present apt for 6 years now. I am truly sad that now I and a few other old timers must move out by December for upgrades & massive rent increases I will truly miss this place
