I love the updates that Agave does. Communication sent out immediately if anything is going on. We love the Team here (shout out to Amy!!). They keep amenities and living areas clean and running. Not just another apartment complex, but a community.

Darci is trying hard to get things working right. There isn't enough parking but she's trying to figure it out. There has been 2 helpers in the office with her that don't seem to be much help as Darci seems to be the only one working.

Great staff and pretty grounds. I like that they loan bikes.

Close to ASU. They have a nice pool and jacuzzi. I like that they loan bikes for travel. The grounds are clean. They serve coffee and snacks all the time in their cafe room. Cristal guided me through a renovated 3 bedroom. Good price for what you get.

At first things started off great. Everyone was nice but they have changed managers over the years. Maintenance was the worse and still is, no matter how many times they hired people. It use to be a nice and quiet atmosphere but not anymore. I'm a collage student and I like to study when its nice and quiet, that's why I choose to live here but things have changed. The only reason I'm still here is because my classes are close and I have one more year to go. The office mailed out a mass message stating that they were changing their security but I haven't seen any changes yet. I take night classes and now that a lot of other students have moved back in, they blast music and make up noise all day and they are the meanest people I have ever met.(By the way security doesn't do anything about the noise level during the day time)I cant recall one time I was able to stay in my unit to study privately and quietly, not even on a weekday. I don't plan on staying here too much longer, they have gotten enough time and money from me for 3 years so far. My advice is if you want to study or sleep DO NOT choose to live here. People that live here are not nice at all

I have been living at this place since last 6 months here are the issues we have faced till date, 1. Plumbing issues, the pipelines are very old and they are not maintaining the properties, our drainage system backfires every now and then. Extremely unhygienic. Our bathroom was under construction for a month, after complaining 5 times. 2. Air conditioning system will not work in summer as it is not robust to work as per the temperature. They will ignore you and ask you to solve it on your own when you complain. Beware, if you will complain more and more, they will ask you to leave the place and cancel the lease. 3. Currently , a heater is broke down(for a whole building) since 25-30 days, but management does not care about you. They will suggest you to buy a heater from near by retailer instead of solving the issue. They care about the bids from the vendors, they just care about their money and not about the service they should provide. Forget luxury you will not be provided necessity. There are a lot of small issues which you can not even think about. This is completely credible review and you can contact me in any case if someone says this is false information. DO NOT EVEN THINK about leasing a property here if you care about yourself and your time.
