This place has serious management and billing issues, and I strongly do NOT recommend living here. I had a problem accessing my resident website account, so I literally could not see my balance or monthly charges. I asked management how much I needed to pay, and they told me $1,075. I paid that amount with a cashier’s check last month and again this month. Only after I gave the cashier’s check this month, they suddenly told me I owed an extra $116 due to “additional monthly fees.â€� These fees were never disclosed to me last month, and I had no way to verify anything because I don’t have access to the online account system. Now they are threatening me with eviction over fees they failed to clearly communicate and never properly explained in advance. This is not professional, not ethical, and not how tenants should be treated. Lack of transparency, poor communication, and threatening residents over management’s own mistakes is unacceptable. This is stressful, unfair, and feels predatory. Management takes no responsibility and puts all the burden on the tenant. If you care about honesty, clear billing, and basic respect, do not move here. There are much better communities with real management and transparent systems.
