This management como took over last year before the summer. My air conditioning broke 7 times after they took over, and each time they took longer to repair it. I had to shower/sleep over at friend's houses for WEEKS. If I run the washer and dish washer at the same time, the tub and toilet back up with sewage and my casita flooded before they could figure out the issue. Ruining a bunch of my property. The refrigerator keeps going bad and I have had to replace all my groceries multiple times. They don't offer renters insurance, just liability. The rent increases in large quantities every year. They don't answer the phone, and they don't have an email address that I can reply to. They make up $50 service fees to add to your rent with no notice. They refuse to communicate with me when they need to enter my apartment. I have never had this much trouble, and I have lived in some cheap run-down places. DO NOT RENT. You will regret it.

The overall experience was good. Office staff was responsive and I was having problems with my refrigerator and it was replaced within 24 hours. The only other issue I had was that the gas company was unable to read my meter because my neighbor has a dog.

Since we first contacted your community, we met Alexis and originally was scheduled to move by the end of June. We paid a deposit to hold it but circumstances prevented the move. Alexis said to continue with her and she would help us with finding another place. Circumstances have made it impossible to move it even by the end of July. So we had to hope to move by the end of August. Due to hospitalizations of both me and Lisa, now our move is 9/30. We're both fine now and can't wait to get moved in. We thank Alexis for her perseverance with us.

My experience has been lovely. It's a quiet community to live in clean and kept up with maintenance wise. The home is beautiful with a nice sized yard and carport/extra parking space if neeeded. The only complaint is that if we have a guest over there is nowhere for them to park, there's only ample parking for the residents but nothing beyond that. There are also giant pot holes that you have to dodge.

Quite and nice community. Located very conveniently to stores. Easy to get in and out of. Neighbors are very nice and courteous. Landscaping could use an improvement but overall satisfactory. Driveways need fixing.

Due to work, we've lived in many places. When we retired, we moved here to San Xavier Casitas and it was the best decision. The office staff is beyond compare and all who work here, that we have had contact with, are kind and do their jobs well. I'm also in a wheelchair and the unit is perfect for me. This is my home and a much loved home.

Great apartments but annual rent hikes are making living here long term less likely. Neighbors all keep to themselves and are friendly. Office staff is friendly but less then responsive when they are needed to assist in solving a concern.

I like where my unit is located. It's at the end of a cul du sac and at the end of the drive way. There is no pedestrian traffic that go through the units. It makes for a feeling of being secure and quiet.

I love living at San Xavier Casitas. My neighbors are helpful and kind and the staff us wonderful. The Casitas are built in a way that stays cool even in the hottest of summer days and the grounds are clean and always perfectly manicured. Great location in midtown.

The community is a pleasant place to live. I generally feel safe even though it is not a gated community. I like the neighbors- people are friendly without being nosy. Usually the maintenance staff are receptive.

It needs work, locations are not the greatest for the price, luxury Apts rent for less, I cannot justify the charge for what is received. It is nice that restrictions are few, again outer appearance is very important.

Live in my current place for many years. It was a great place at a reasonable rate but the rent has gone up 50% in the past few years. Units now set empty for a long time, similar to what happened back in 2009. It used to have great landscaping but now is quite minimal.

A neighbor was friendly and lent me a furniture dolly to help with my move. Also, I spoke with the mail delivery person about obtaining a mailbox key because the management team did not have one, and the Post Office required 2 weeks to make one.

I've lived here twice, from the early 90's to this second occupancy on 2014. The management has changed twice. So sad that the current management company is Corporate and they truly only care about money. I would not recommend this place to anyone, beware, beware, beware!!
