Avoid at all costs

Horrific roach infestation that management did nothing to solve. The bathrooms have hundreds of dead cockroaches daily and spraying/boric acid does nothing to help the situation. They will also overcharge and add a bunch of extra fees, especially when moving out, so watch your bill. Definitely look elsewhere.

Fees on fees on fees!

Don't even bother with this property if you have a dog. They charge you a fee upon move in just to charge you another fee on top of that after you move out. Everywhere else I've gone, you pay a pet fee upon move in and it covers the cleaning fee when you move out. Not here. You're charged DOUBLE for your furry companion!

Renters Beware

Refused to let me out of lease when I got a VA loan for my first house. That was 4/2019 . Lease started 8/2018 . Collection Amount 4069$ will remain on my credit until 11/2025 . . it was rented the very next month . Left it ready to rent . I’ve asked a few times to remove collection since they rented it out right away . No !!! We cannot .

I came to Silverbell and had the opportunity to ask a lot of questions about this beautiful property. One of the employees, Karina, was very helpful and answered every question I had. The apartments are a good size and again, the place is beautiful. It feels nice to see a property have their stuff in order after/during a pandemic. I am grateful for Karina and all of her help!

Compared to the previous management to Conam, there was a HUGE drop in leadership and customer service. Think twice while picking the Conam management apartments. they don't concern about your complaints /issues.

We love living here, it is a nice quiet, safe community, the management and maintenance are always very nice and professional, the apartments are beautiful, the grounds well maintained. We've been here for almost 5 years, and have loved it.

Beautiful grounds? Nice apartment All amenities! I got a ground floor and it is clean and comfortable. The staff makes you feel at home. Very friendly girls, and the manager was there to help me At an hour she was not even supposed to be there!! Great experience! Definitely a great place to raise your kids and fam!

Without a doubt the worst management I have ever dealt with. Save yourself and go somewhere else. They worry more about getting new tenants than taking care of existing customers. In fact I am pretty sure they have forgot that We are the customer and they owe us, not the other way around. The second my lease is up, I am history. Horrible!

We are loving living at The Spring at Silverbell. It is one of Tucson's most leafy places, with a rich garden throughout the community, and very organized pool and barbecue areas. The site also has video room and business center. It is quite quiet and faces a sensational public park with football and baseball fields, basketball courts, tennis and beach volleyball. Beside the park there is a rich public library with various activities for children, teenagers and adults. Really amazing!

We enjoyed the atmosphere & amenities here and is also located to many shops and stores. The Tucson Premium Outlets which is about 11 mins drive. Office Personal Angelica handles multiple people in the office and she was so patience and helpful. The management staffs will also plan occasional events for residents too. Will definitely stay at Springs@Silverbell Apt if we come back to Tucson.

The apartments have a nice layout and are beautiful on the outside. The Gym is old and outdated, but the pool area is very nice. Inside the apartment the tiles are horrible and cracked! The cabinets are also peeling.

My experience living here has been very good staff is responsive, friendly and courteous. The units are nicely sited so I have enough privacy yet know my neighbors. The floor plans provide something for everyone and the fact that there are nice, big porches is a bonus!

Office Personal Angelica needs to be the next needed Apt Manager. She calls residences by their 1st name. She handles multiple people in the office at the same time, letting each know how important they are. She is an awesome book-keeper. She has the correct answers, $ amounts & dates when ask she does the extra work, bingo, movies, & ect after office hours. Under pressure she smiles, laughs, or drives around, letting residence know to relax & wait. Apt Manager she the CORRECT one for the job. Hire her, Angelica P.

I'm writing this review to let everyone no that this is one the best apartments I have ever rented I'm a Government employee who has travel and lived in so many so call call luxury apartments from Austin Texas to Las Vegas NV. and I have never encounter a more nicer and professional management team and maintenance staff that is working at this apartment. Angelica, Olivia and Jessica go above and beyond to help you get settle into your new home/ apartment they really make you feel welcome and feel like you are apart of this community from the minute you walk in their door. Greystar didn't go wrong with this group of professional's because I have lived in other Greystar apartments. And I have seen the maintenance team members more in one day than I have seen maintenance team in a hold year at other apartment complex's were I've live at. They do a outstanding job at keeping this complex looking very nice and maintain very well . This is a great place to live! It is a gated community which makes it safe. The management and staff are AMAZING! They are very patient and so helpful! I have been able to just send a quick email about maintenance issues and within 24 hours they are on it and have it fixed.

My husband and I totally enjoyed our 1-year stay at Springs at Silverbell. The location is fantastic with easy access to amenities like Crossroads at Silverbell park, library, grocery stores like Walmart, Frys and great food eateries at Arizona Pavilions. The staff always do their best to ensure that we enjoy our stay at the estate. It is a gated community and is very safe and well-lit at night so there are no issues with security. The staff also go the extra mile to plan occasional events for residents and families to bond together. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Tucson.
