Thank you Misty for all your help in getting us into our new place we really appreciate everything you did to fast track our occupancy and get the size place We needed we love it ! Hope to be here for a long time we love the fire place, access to the pool and overall space is quiet and clean with new appliances thank you, it’s everything you said it would be.

The leasing office is terrible. The unit we received was not finished all the way and we weren’t notified that until the day of move in. We didn’t have a mail key for months and still don’t have doors for our hallway cabinet. These apartments barely have any maintenance workers and the ones they do have is temporary so they can barely do anything. They are terribly managed and I would double think about being here.

I lived here several years ago and agree that their parking is terrible. We were assigned a space on the other side of the complex. Our car was stolen one time. I live in the residential area now and the parking still sux. Apartment residents have to park on the side streets and i've seen them blocking the driveway of homes in the neighborhood.

Horrible, this place has done more to make me mad then anything. The parking spots are beyond terrible, little to no spots very small my car got swiped because of how small the spots are, the management is so picky about little things like hanging a screen netting on the front door. The community isn't very safe either I've had my car broken into as well as seen homeless people just walk into the complex, I wish I knew it would have been like this or else I would've never moved here

Someone said it best on the reviews! The staff are women, they are angry, rude, unprofessional, and controlling the staff bullies the renta to via emails . The staff needs Jesus in their life ???? And I'm praying for them I received an email to immediately remove my dog the professional way would be to give me instruction to get my dog approved I use my handicap and it's always an issue The staff states other complain because my placard isn't up! This is 100% a lie . I had to start taking picture every time I park my car! It's on my dashboard not on the mirror if people would look

When I moved out, I paid early move out charges, because I had to move out of state. Carly told me I was paid up and had no more charges. Now, today 2 months later I get billed for $650 from their "legal department". Carly also told me that they ha gotten new residents for the apartment, so they are not out any money. This is what I call getting screwed "California Style".

I lived there for 2 years, and since they change management my experience was horrible. The manager seems like she has an attitude all the time, work wasn't being completed on time. Call corporate she don't return phone calls. I moved out in oct/17 parking sucks, they brake in cars. U will not receive deposit back. I wouldnt recommend no one to stay.

Just moved out to be closer to school. They just gave the apartments a paint job. The manager and new maintenance guy are pretty cool. Older appliances but they work, had a problem with my fridge and the manager Jeff had the maintenance guy upgrade it. They're pretty laid back, there was one apartment that bumped there music. But other than that, close to everything, but my school.

I just moved out this month 4/6/13 and they took more then 1/2 of my deposit. I am in the process of filing a complaint. I put a $400.00 dep down and only got $119.00 back. I spent 5 1/2 hours detail cleaning a 1 bed apartment. They are straight crooks for sure. My apartment was not cleaned when I moved in and I noted these items on the move in check list. I left the apartment in better condition then when I moved in. My apartment was also broken into and the back door was kicked in. They also came into my apartment while I was in the shower.

Lived here for about 2 years rented a apt with less features for lower rent when moved out was charged outrages fees. The new manager must not of read my move in list because this apt was not in great condition at all... not happy with this place and our car got broken onto 3 times and my little daughter pink bike was stolen.

Run Away Do Not Rent Here!!! They will STEAL from you!!

Just moved out and they ripped me off!! Put down $50 for the gate key to which I was to be reimbursed for when I returned it at move out. Got my my deposit check and the $50 was not on there. Called management and explained the situation then emailed my paperwork which clearly states the deposit I paid. Just got a letter giving me the run around about how they used it toward rent makes absolutely no sense. Do not rent from here or from Woodmont...they are nothing but crooks!!

The reviews are not a lie. I swear this place needs new staff or management. I've only lived here for three weeks and all the issues described in this website punched me in the face. Not happy:(

Do not rent here!!!!!!!!!!!

This place not only is ran a by a very cluless manager. The apartments are dark with only one window exposed to the outside. When you have an issue with a broken toilet that wont stop running water all over they refuse to come out until the next day! Very poor management and very rude! The neighbors are extremely noisy and are too lazy to pick up their dogs business and nor one does anything about it! The managers teen age kid runs around acting like he owns the place. I would not refer my worst enemy to rent here...it was the worse ------ housing I have ever seen.

Horrible service

I despise the management. They don't give enough notice if someone needs to enter the apartment. You are treated like a number and that is it. I have lived in a number of apartments and the management here is by far the worst. I dont think one of them could spell "customer service", never mind actually provide some. Read the lease carefully before you move in there are a number of rules and fines that they love to stick you with. The parking is a nightmare, if you have a 2 car family be prepared for one of you to park on the street. The apartment was very nice and a good size, it is the only reason we stayed as long as we did. The apartment is overpriced for the area and I would not recomend it to an enemy.

Good Apartments for the Price

I have lived here for about two years and overall I have been happy with the place. whenever something was broken it was promptly fixed and profesionally handled. It is fairly clean and the staff seem to be willing to answer any questions. The only complaint I have is parking. The availability is horrible and my assigned parking space was quite a ways away from my actual apartment. You can't comlain too much when you're getting apartments for cheap though. Be careful about your security deposit though. I switched apartments in the same complex and they wanted another $1000 when we moved for something we didn't even do. Overall you pay for what you get and it's pretty fair.

I love it here!

I've lived here for a year and I absolutely love it! The upstairs units have vaulted ceilings and a very nice fireplace. The washer and dryer have never given me any problems, nor has maintenance. I just wish their 2 bedroom units weren't so expensive, but that's just cuz I don't have the money (not cuz their not worth the price). Also, the charge $25 a month "pet rent" fee, which I find to be ridiculous- but sadly it's common in other complexes as well. Overall, I love it here. It's very quiet and well kept.

I lived in these apartments about 5 months. I left a glass on the porch, and the next day recieved a yellow notice on my door, stating that they will charge me $30 dollars for trash pick up if there is anything in front of the apartment. Every week following I would recieve a notice and I was charged! I also moved into my apartment, my rugs started to track with huge embarrising stains..They came in and cleaned twice never getting the stains out of the carpet. The service was horrible. My apartment was broken into my door wwas broken and wouldnt lock, I let managment know the next day the promised to fix the door because it was very unsafe..Needless to say my door was never fixed, and I moved out of the apartment. I would not reccomend these apartments to anyone!

Good apartments

We have lived here almost a year with no problems. Our car got broken into so we had to rent a garage. But if we renew our lease they are going to take $110 off the rent for a 6 month or 12 month lease. The only bad thing is we are not allowed to use our charcoal barbeque anymore because of their insurance.

Great Apartments

This is a fabulous apartment complex. They gave me $500.00 off of my first months rent. And also when our lease came up they renewed it with $25.00 a month less and also a free gift (worth approximately $100.00) Washer and Dryer are included in Apartment. You can barbeque on the patio. But the apartment Property Manager is a real witch. Don´t talk to her about issues if you want to speak to someone on an adult level. She can´t seem to carry on a conversation without being defensive and rude. She yells at you when you disagree with her and just in general is a pain. Her name is Maggie Baysinger steer clear.
