Tricky TopOn price

PLEASE don’t waste your time on this NEW â€œniceâ€� construction . Tricky peoples. Dirty area , close to road , no swimming pool and a lot additional on top payments each month ! Crazy offer ! And prices just started from 2000$ for 500sq feet Appartment. On TOP payments 1. They REQUIRED use ONLY they internet for 75$ !!! Each month. 2. They REQUIRED parking lot for additional 175$ !!! Each month! 3. They have hot tub but they don’t have SWIMMING POOL IN California Valley area! 4. The view choice between see back of the building with trash cans , or side sides with cured in small plaza with different cooking smells. Or nice view on NON Stoppable TOPANGA CANYON ROAD. Which gives you not good sleep and A LOT OF DUST INSIDE YOUR LUNGS AND APARTMENT Dirty area , close to road , no swimming pool and a lot additional on top payments
