Absolutely love the overall atmosphere living here at Lucia! The amenities and community have made this such a wonderful experience! I have really appreciated how quiet it is inside of our unit. We have not heard any noise from our neighbors, I highly encourage anyone to check out Lucia!

Friendly and professional staff. Always quick to respond. Carrie, Jeremy, Lewis, Rachel, Joslyne. Love the staff and community. Very quiet and clean. Safe community. Love the amenities: the lounge, the office space, the gym, the pool and jacuzzi.

Happy here. Grounds and staff are great. I do wish that the pool area was actually closed off to the inside - coyotes and people could easily come in around the pool gates if they wanted to which isn’t ideal.

Lucia Aviara apartments have so many wonderful features & amenities. Double pane windows for quiet, thick walls,,latest kitchen appliances, great floor plans, most helpful staff, underground garage with lots of guest parking, fabulous lap pool with 5’end for flip turns, gym, club house, big mail & parcel room, place for your bike & list could go on. Oh & very safe here. Jan T

Absolutely love it here! Fantastic staff that is all so friendly and helpful, amazing amenities with the best gym/lap pool. Fabulous location as wellâ€¦.I love it’s so close to Outlets, good restaurants, and best dog park ever at Poinsettia park 1 mi from here. A great place to live.
