TRIED TO SAY I HAD DEBT FOR APPLYING

Absolutely predatory and a fat scam. Only apply if you know you’re going to move in. They advertised a special last year for a three bedroom at a discounted rent rate and I asked clarifying questions if I get that rate for the whole lease and the assistant manager was being weird with his wording so I dropped out of the application process. My guarantor never signed papers and I never finished signing papers and keys were never given but this complex continued to send me to collections for the non-discounted price. I rightfully got it disputed and deleted because they couldn’t show proof I owed them anything but shame on you vultures for doing that to any of your potential tenants. ----- -------, you are spineless and shady and so is the company you work for.
