Exceptional Experience at Independence in Dixon

I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience with Independence in Dixon. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed, respected, and genuinely cared for. The entire atmosphere is professional, organized, and uplifting. Faith and Mo truly set the standard for excellence. They were incredibly helpful from start to finish — knowledgeable, patient, and always willing to go the extra mile. What stood out most was their professionalism paired with their assertiveness. They communicate clearly, advocate confidently, and ensure everything is handled efficiently while still making you feel valued and heard. That balance is rare and so appreciated. They were accommodating with scheduling, responsive to questions, and proactive in making sure every detail was addressed. Their follow-through, organization, and calm confidence made the entire process seamless and stress-free.
