This community is very beautiful and clean. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The noise levels from your neighbors can be very loud and some neighbors dog are consistently barking. The dog area is very nice and well kept. The rest of the back of the building leaves much to be desired. However the common area, pool, and gym are very nice.

I was driving on Huntington in the spring of 2022. I saw the sign by the curb. I didnt need an apt., but the bldg looked so nice from the outside I just wanted to be nosey and check out the inside. Thats when I met Lee, her personality was addictive and the next thing I know, a couple weeks later I was moving into my new 2bd 2bath apt. The rooms are spacious and well appointed with the granite countertops, deep tubs, the walkin closets, the flooring. I was hooked. In the common area there's signage that always has a positive message that just brightens your day when you walk through. From the staff to the tenants it's hard to pass by someone that doesn't have a smile on their face. Definitely a wonderful place to call home.

My experience has been okay. The apartment is nice but there are a few things to consider before moving in. #1. make sure you ask to see your parking space before signing, #2. There has been an ongoing issue with the water heating system not being properly fixed and only warm water being available too often if that is an issue (not cold, just not very hot), #3. Traffic from the nearby freeway can be distracting late evenings and early mornings if you are not used to it and a light sleeper, also sirens due to the nearby hospital. Finally there are too many loud dogs for my taste but that may be an issue at most apartments. The apartments themselves, leasing staff, and maintenance staff are nice. I'd suggest getting an apartment facing the back away from street traffic/trash trucks and away from the pool area for the nicest, quietest experience.

It's the best apartments I've lived in. We used to live in Fullerton but we needed to relocate closer to the Arcadia Monrovia Duarte area because of our jobs and I have been keeping an eye on Huntington for awhile and I'm happy we were able to lease. We have fallen in love with Huntington.

Management and the staff are great! Very communicative and professional. The upkeep of the trash rooms are great. Pool and jacuzzi areas are always clean and free of trash. Updates in the community are communicated thru email very clearly.

I love living in this building for few reasons. 1st and foremost is the amazing staff that makes this apartment building more desirable than others. Secondly is a brand new building and very clean. If maintenance is required; it's done right away. Bottom line is that its so nice and comfortable to live in this apartment complex.

Overall not a bad place to live but definitely not worth what you would have to pay in rent. Advantages are: 1. Close to city of hope hospital 2. Good amenities like gym and pool 3. Close to freeway 4. Office staff are very nice (especially Jasmine) and helpful 5. Maintenance staff are very attentive and timely Disadvantages: 1. Close to major street so its loud. 2. Close to strip mall so outdoor lights are bright when trying to sleep 3. Tenants allow dogs to urinate in the hallway and stairways, makes it smell terrible 4. Gas for hot water is a shared utility
