Lennar built another beautiful community. I moved here because my daughter went to university at Berkeley. She's graduated and moved to NYC. I have no desire to move, as the design, construction, management and maintenance teams are exceptional. I've owned homes, but doubt I will anytime soon. The Emery is like Ritz Carlton, bring you own stuff. Dave Hamner

The Emery is the best place to live in the Bay Area, the amenities are great, good maintenance, new building, strategic placing near to San Francisco and to Oakland, and to both airports, near to Bay Street shopping and a lot of shops in a walkable distance

We just moved into The Emery and so far the experience has been great. Coming from our previous complex, their communication and promptness is a tier above. The amenities are great and our apt feels like a home. Happy with the experience so far

Email is the best way to communicate. It's difficult getting someone on the phone. Overall the staff is friendly and always willing to help. I would recommend this place to a friend or a family member.

We love the Emery. The staff is amazing and attentive. The maintenance is above and beyond when taking care of the campus and any issues that come up in the units. The price is great for the value and the community is welcoming and has regular gatherings to get to know others in the complex. We're glad we found this community.

Facilities does an excellent job of attending to issues. They are courteous and prompt. I would highly recommend the Emery apartments to any future tenants. I have lived there for almost two years and feel safe and have access to excellent facilities.

I have been living at The Emery since 2023 and I have been really enjoying it. The community manager Dartise as well as the leasing office staff like Taylor and Yubi have been really good to us. They’re always very friendly and answer any questions that we have. They also plan very fun community events that get the community engaged for which is something I’ve never heard of prior to living here. The maintenance workers like Walter, Lonnie, and Devaughn are very good too as they are usually on top of maintaining the property and fixing any issues as soon as they come up. Anytime my unit has an issue Walter always comes the day I put it in a request and always has a smile on his face which I really appreciate. In addition, the workers that clean the buildings and amenities are usually consistent and friendly as well. Aside from the staff, the amenities that The Emery has to offer are also really great and are a part of the reasons why we continue to renew our lease.

Great apartment! Love it here I am glad to be a resident and would love to live here another year if possible. Thanks to the team who keep the residents and community happy and they are so accommodating.

We love the Emery! From the apartment being nice and cozy; to the lovely amenities especially the gym, rooftop, pool and workspaces, to it being centrally located between San Francisco, Oakland and Berkeley. We'd highly recommend The Emery!

Great complex great staff. Wish amenities stayed open a little later. Also, would love to have a covered parking stall. The upstairs parking area is very dark at night could use some sort of lighting.

Live at The Emery!
I’ve had a great experience living at The Emery. The complex is consistently clean and well-maintained, and it’s very quiet, which I really appreciate. Dartise and the rest of the leasing staff are always responsive and helpful whenever an issue comes up. Communication is clear, and concerns are addressed promptly. Overall, it’s been a positive and comfortable place to live, and I would definitely recommend this community.

Great Community and Staff
I’ve experienced many different leasing teams at many different buildings I have lived at, and I can wholeheartedly say this has been the best one. The building and community speaks for itself, but the management staff makes my experience even better. Shoutout to Dartise for being a great leader to the leasing office, always very helpful and kind!

I toured The Emery recently and was really impressed. The location is great and the building has a beautiful modern design. Taylor, the lady at the front, gave me my tour and she was super helpful and easy to talk to. She made the whole process smooth and welcoming. I truly can’t wait to start leasing here!

Best experience!
Living at The Emery has truly been a great experience. The building is well-kept, the community feels comfortable, and everything just works the way it should. A big part of that is thanks to the manager, Dartise. He’s attentive, efficient, and always respectful in the way he communicates. His team reflects that same energy—professional, responsive, and really on top of things. It’s rare to find a place where management genuinely cares, but that’s exactly how it feels here. I’m very happy living at The Emery, and I appreciate everything Dartise and his team do to keep it running so well.

Great experience!
Living at The Emery has been a great experience! The building is modern, clean, and well-maintained, but what really sets it apart is the management team. Dartise, the building manager, is always so responsive and genuinely cares about the residents. Any maintenance requests I’ve had were handled quickly. The community events are a nice touch too—it makes the building feel welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend!

Great apartment
I've lived in the Emery since Jan. 2024, and its been a great experience so far. It is a new apartment so the units are modern and well-built. There is a great variety of communal spaces, from the standard ones like the gym and the rooftop pool, to the more unique ones like pet rooms and the bowling alley. All of those spaces are organized and maintained by cleaning staff too. Huge shoutout to our community manager, Dartise, who made our move-in experience smooth and seamless. Would 100/100 recommend.
