I had a very positive tour experience overall. The community was clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully designed, and the amenities were clearly explained. The leasing team was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, and they took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. I appreciated the transparency and the welcoming atmosphere during my visit.

the building is new however the garage and parking situation is dismal , the package room is always mess, tight hard to find our packages , the gym is also tight for the size of the building and far away from easy access , the swimming pool is small in the middle causing a lot of noise due to echoing

This is a beautiful place with professional management team. They are v responsive and reply to my request on time. The maintenance fixed the issue and helped change my ac filter though I didn't request, it's such a good experience

It's been lovely living here. The amenities are super nice and the community is lovely. I also like the ubication I think it's one of the best offers in Fremont. Overall we are really satisfied with the building

Eric was very helpful throughout the whole process and all the staff at Leya were very friendly. We had couple minor fixes needed and the maintenance team came right away to resolve the issue. My experience so far has been great!

The community is located in a place very convinenit for Bart commuter. Safe and gated new community with good floor plan and nice staff. The main issue is probably the noice between walls, but all acceptable level.
