My experience at this community is very wonderful. I have been living in Fullerton since 1994 and I was living in my own place until I had to move because my wife cannot use stairs anymore. I found this beautiful place and I like the staff I wish I paid attention to the cabinets in the apartment are minimum and that easy access but overall my experience is wonderful. I know I have to look elsewhere for space convenient. Otherwise everything is wonderful. Specially the office management.

I have lived at Ventana for 8 years, during this time I enjoyed most of my stay here. Most of the manager's have been polite and helpful. I appreciate the help I have received when needed from District manager, Ida and Isabella. Javier,is friendly and helpful when needed.

I first move to a 2 bed apt in 2016. I left to live in another county, close younger family members. It didn't work out, and I was very fortunate that Ventana found a 1bed apt. for me I'm so grateful to be back, not only to lovely Fullerton, but to the beautiful Ventana.

I find the community to be pleasant in appearance and convenient in its design. I was one of the first people to move in, and enjoyed having everything be new and not having any wear and tear. My location on the courtyard is especially satisfying to me, as I can have a nice view whenever I am in the living room/kitchen area.

It is a very quiet community and neighbors are friendly. The complex is very closed to the Fullerton Downtown shopping area. Parking is Gated and safe. The apartment where I lived it has a nice view to the street.

Office management is unapproachable and unavailable- only member that is of value is the maintenance worker who is spread thin already with being at several sites. Apartment would be perfect with an entirely new office management team that is approachable and can communicate professionally- they have been a revolving door of inept front desk people and a so called "manager" who is very rude.

The good thing about this place is that everything is close and convenient. It is especially good because it is close to a good market and hospital. The elevator, parking lot, maintenance, and surrounding environment are all good.

The apartment building is fairly new and good condition. Gated parking . Cameras at all strategic entry areas. Exercise room with excellent equipment , air conditioning etc. We are able to have BBQs on patio area. Several other patios as well as individual ones outside each apt.

Had been spoke to manager about noise from upstair at night so I could not sleep during the middle of night las few days . The manager ignored the complained and was very rude. she said I would like to talk somebody speak in English. She was very mean.

It's best to pretty much keep to yourself, if you have a few neighbors that you really get along with then stick with that, not all residents would get along with each other so pick and choose who you wanna be friends with!

over all pre good leaving condition .parking is very difficult who have two cars. office able to accept checks for rent each month will be very convenient to us. elevator out of service is difficult for unwell people.

Covid really messed me up and management. The rules change from week to week. I have to call Fullerton Housing to keep up. I'm living in fear of management and it's uncomfortable to say the least. I have a person helping me understand what I need to do to stay housed. Hopefully she can help me before it's too late.
