Very Beautiful place to live. So happy with my new apartment. The staff is very friendly and helpful, they are always there to assist and called me right back when I had a plumbing issue . location is the best !!!

It has been good. Clean apartment, quite neighborhood, close to everywhere. Before moving in, I had bad impression because I didnt get any email back from staffs. It would be better if you respond email promptly.

Pros: Great location and very fair price for this location. The community maintenance team is great. They respond to the request promptly and do a great job have the issue fixed. Cons: the hallway is often smelly and dirty; the guest parking design is pretty inconvenient. Flies outside if the building entrance, which damages the entire image/appearance

The Rize apartment is interesting to say the least. My individual apartment is amazing and it’s in a great location; however, the complex is riddled with problems. The smells in the elevator lobby are funky and have a strong smell of mold and mildew. Bugs are everywhere in the common area when you try to enter the door. My car was broken into on the second day when it was parked in the gated structure. Packages are stolen all the time.

Overall, the property is a great place to live. It is conveniently located in Irvine, close to most everything you need. Its got solid amenities tough I wish there were a couple more modern amenities like other apartment communities in the area.

Since I moved in & I always had a problem with the maintenance issue. Every time I submit a maintenance order, they have to make at least 3 visits before the problem is solved & always send a team who always says I don't know I have to ask my boss! So why the boss doesn't evaluate the problem from the first place?!

Worse management one after the another. This company so far I believe has changed 4 management and I can truly say, each of them were rude, not helpful, not caring about residents. They just wanted to take your money. Very very unprofessional. They don’t do their job at all.

I love the location and it’s a 10 minute walk from Diamond Jamboree. The cost is reasonable for the luxury apartment compare to other ones around. The amenities are really nice and I love that they have a an outdoor patio in the fifth floor with a grill as well. Overall I really enjoy living at Rize

Read your lease document carefully if not they take advantage of you, I initially appplied for 13 month but the lease document had it as 14, they do not have number of month on the lease document to confuse you, Also they make different errors on purpose on the lease document , ex: concessions - the community had 6 week concession but on my lease they only put 4 week

Horrible the noise is extremely bad. I can’t work due to the noise and my patience want to just in my sessions early. I’ve never my life experience. Such horrible neighbors. I’ve done over several no complaints and it still does not help.

I have absolutely LOVED my experience at Rize Irvine. The leasing team is extremely friendly and caters to any need I may have. The property is beautiful, and my apartment is spacious with great features. It is a safe and quiet property and I am so glad I chose this place!

After looking all over Irvine, we found the Rize Apartments. I can honestly say I just about love everything about this place along with the staff. Jonathan and Bobby made my lease super easy. They were all very professional and made my experience a 10 out of 10 I would recommend this place to any of my friends or family

I’ve lived here over 3 yrs now and management has been good but I strongly believe they need to follow thru on complaints. This is why residents do whatever it is they want . Driving thru the parking is horrible I once got hit by a car that needs to be resolved

My first “home” in OC and it’s been a not so pleasant one. It is mostly the lack of communication and responsiveness of Leasing Staff and Management. In addition to their inability to possess the adequate knowledge required for their positions.

Disappointed
We have been living in these apartments since June of 2020 and the previous 2 managements were very nice and understanding. The new management is horrible… they won’t allow us to renew our lease for 12 month this year as we have a pool view and wants to bump up our lease. They are only allowing us to renew for 9months. We have tried to talk to the management but they won’t help and the corporate # that they provided won’t answer our calls( I have left 3 voicemails and have called 5+). It’s ridiculous that they are trying to take advantage and there is no appreciation for being good tenants for past couple years, as much as we complained about the smell of the hallways, the trash bags on the hallways , dog poop & trash on the parking lot and the issues with the guest parking (only have 8 parking spots for 300 + apartments which are always Full). Is very disappointing that management won’t listen to any issue or accommodate anything it’s all about just making money no humanity!!!

Management wants to break into my unit... SCARY!
Management is terrible... been here for almost 3 years, never had an issue getting rent in... yet they want to leave letters saying they are going to access my place in 24 hours... if they break into my place, ill sue them. No landlord should ever break into your place for no good reason. It's terrible!
