Burano is a quiet living space in the busy city of Long Beach. The building is very well maintained, the staff is friendly and the shared spaces are beautiful. The other tenants are quiet and courteous. One of the best places I’ve lived in LB.

The parking, storage, and trash are all easily accessible and convenient. The office staff are always prompt and professional addressing my needs. The location of the complex is the biggest perk. The neighborhood is very live and vibrant.

Very happy with the apartment, super clean and quiet. The only bad side of this apartment complex is that the gate to come in and out on seaside isn’t very responsive takes usually 3 mins to go inside the parking structure, plus the way the gate opens it makes it seem like it’ll hit the front of your car.

While I have no immediate complaints it could always be better. No? Apparently my response must be at least 201 characters and this makes me frown. This makes my experience at the community just a little bit less enjoyable because I said what I needed to say and I didn't feel that I needed to say anything else. I hope I meet the requirements now. Thank you

Very well run and maintained and clean building. Super responsive staff if I have any maintenance requests. Great location walk or bike around. The building design is modern snd well build. Feels solid - aka no noise from neighbors. and excellent design / build quality. First class all the way around

442 is a very quiet, clean and great place to live. I value my downtime and this is a great place to relax and unwind after a long day at work. The location is perfect. You have dining, shopping and freeways right at your doorstep. The leasing agents and property managers are amazing as well. I physically cannot complain about anything. And no I was not asked to write this. Just want to give this place the review it deserves.

Had a great experience so far. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Everything is very clean and in good condition. It can be a little loud with the cars at night, and I wish there were more amenities. But happy overall

This apartment complex is absolutely beautiful. From the interior modern design and finishes to the exterior hallway doors and color schemes. On top of visuals, the complex is fairly techy and in a prime location - restaurants and downtown moments away. Safety and great leasing office staff are a bonus as well.

Frustrated! No amenities and my apartment is located in the front of the building. I work from home so from 10am to 5pm I hear an extremely loud fan that comes from the garage. If I would have viewed his apartment during the weekday I wouldn't have moved here.

The phones did not work during the weekends during my move in and I had to wait for the leasing manager to be back from lunch!! Resident managers failed to ensure a proper room for new tenants. Keys not working. Waited with UHaul before items can be moved wasting time and costs. Appliances were damaged and third parties entered the apartments multiple times. Shouldnt be this way for new tenants especially during COVID-19.

This is a fantastic apartment complex with great perks! The staff is professional and friendly. The property is very clean. My only complaint is that there hasnt been any refund or credit applied for the amenities that I havent been able to use since I moved in last year.

We have the best staff. Ellie, Maybell, Nathalia, and maintenance make living here a good experience. I moved in during the heart of the ongoing pandemic and it went as smooth as possible. Im thankful for the site staff here at 442.

I very much love living at 442 Residences. Everyone is very nice including staff and residences. My favorite part is the family like community feeling I get. Another great part is living next door to the cafe which is so convenient to grab a coffee or bite to eat. Most residences have dogs and that is very important to me. Overall its just a fantastic place to live.

Mgmt staff is fake, unfriendly, and unresponsive. The upkeep of the material is atrocious. Pee stains from pets take weeks to clean, elevators do not no work. Parking gates break down regularly. Mgmt seems like it is an accomplished when they are able to do simple repairs. We are not allowed to use the amenities and our rent remains the same.

We are in the middle of a pandemic. The building needs to take a stronger voice at making sure every one wears a mask in public places like the lobby and elevators. People could die with one sneeze or cough. Also during the riots the police were running in and out of our building and we were told the building was not responsible for our safety

Awesome community. Everyone isn't friendly but some are. I miss the socials, but we can thank Rona for that. The rooftop socials with live music are the best. Joey is a fav for everyone. Randy is always helping to improve the property or resolve a maintenance issue. The other leasing managers are very friendly as well. I think 442 residences is cool place to reside.

Racist building, profiles ever African American they see come in the building. The maintenance man Randy seems like he apart of the Klan and give me dirty looks and even stitched off my electricity and lied about it but my cousin was downstairs when he did it. He tried to say it was an electric problem but mine was the only unit shut off and I have proof to it. An for guest parking I guess there is none even tho it says it is but no one can park there. Also from the very beginning it was trouble, I originally had the top floor unit but they switched me to a bottom unit for a Caucasian women but I had my app in before her, they might as well told me to "move to the back of the bus" I feel like a slave back on the plantation I prob will move very soon
