My experience at this community has been generally positive. The location is convenient, the common areas are well maintained, and the staff has been responsive when issues come up. Move-in was fairly smooth, and the building feels safe and quiet overall.

Pretty good experience so far maintained team and sales are being really helpful. Very good amenities it’s just the noise from ceiling sometimes can be loud when people walk and I can hear traffic noise sometimes. The parking is a little hard for stacking slot. but so far pretty good experience

Enjoyed living here, amenities are beautiful and property is well maintained. Staff is very friendly and responsive when it comes to work orders or any issues with apps. Will remain the top choice and recommendation for apartments in this area

My experience at the Vasara has been great! I love the amenities and how close it is to work and shopping. Close access to the freeway. Overall the apartments are beautiful always clean and feels very safe. People are friendly.

The floor plan is great! It's bright and clean. I enjoyed the sunshine every morning. Leasing office people are kind and friendly! I also love their sustainability amenities. Overall it's a great choice with fair price!

I would highly recommend not leasing a spot at vasara! There are a lot of recurring problems that are not addressed properly. A short list of problems i’ve had in the brief time i was here : 1) parking stacker lock out 2) fire alarms going off with out a reason multiples times in a month 3) elevator not working. These are few of many!

Too far from everything and nothing is near by. Ongoing construction zone. Staff a bit late on responding to complaints. Charges are unclear. Maintenance team doesn't always know the root of problem and have to come back frequently.

Overall I’ve been a very happy resident at Vasara. The building is always quiet and well maintained and the staff are so wonderful and kind. The amenities have been wonderful as well! I love that there are vending machines which have been very convenient when I ran out of paper towels or have had a late night sweet craving! Love it here!!

My husband and I like the unit. However, the elevator is at least one a month down, the internet wifi isn't working that well so when we're working from home, we have to use the RJ45 cable otherwise we're unable to do on Zoom video calls. We've had lots of false alarm ringing because some other residents would vape in their unit. Since May 2025, the construction from another company has started and it has created a lot of safety concerns health wise and there is so much dust that we're unable to open windows or use our balconies, and now have to blast AC to get the air circulating otherwise there's no fresh air. We have expressed those concerns to the management team in.a written e-mail but haven't heard from them yet (it's been a week since we sent that e-mail out). Other than that, the maintenance staff is kind and efficient, and it's always a pleasure to work with Uli, Sam and Jimmy.

It has been overall great experiences, good facilities and super friendly & helpful staff (special callout to Mariam!) The only callout is that I didnt know there’s starting a construction site right outside my windows, and very bothered by noises

This is the most socially isolating place I've ever lived. Ever. Look elsewhere. There are no shops, restaurants, bars within walking distance. There is no guest parking and no public transit. The courtyard features --------, so you get to hear "thunk", "thunk", "thunk" 24/7. Great view of the freeway.

My experience with maintence and manager was very easy and I was able to get the help that I needed. I appreciate their effort and percistent and I would recommend the top guys to service anyone in the building.

Great Mother’s Day celebration
The Mothers Day event at Vasara was such a lovely experience! It was a thoughtful and fun way to celebrate, with everything we needed to make beautiful bouquets. So sweet and well organized! Loved seeing everyone get creative and enjoy the moment together.

This place is everything and more! Its neat and clean inside and out! Quiet hours definitely enforced it’s so quiet around bed time! Amenities are perfect! The atmosphere here is very welcoming! Good vibrations all around!

Vasara is a fantastic place to live!
I absolutely love Vasara! It's nestled in a tranquil, serene area of Menlo Park, making it the perfect place to unwind. It's a good enough apartment. Guest parking would be nice. No free public parking around the area for friends and family to park when visiting the place. Other than that the place is good enough. Also it's very hard for delivery drivers to park.

Home sweet home, literally. We look forward coming home and being in our space. Love the atmosphere and the amenities offered here. It’s like we’re in a long stay vacation. My husband works outside of our home so it’s great for him to come home to a relaxing resort like space. My children love it from teens with the gym to our littles to the pool and games provided. Xavier is doing a great job managing and getting community involved. Love the events put together for the residents.

Chris was amazing with the entire process from initial inquiries to move-in and even up til now a month in. Apartment units are brand new equipped with high-end appliances. Amenities are excellent with very secure features for the units and garage.
