One of A Kind Home
I love the staff here, they are very supportive and the living environment is lovely! I would love to live here forever, my pups love it here and have tons of fun at the dog parks! Shout out to Valerie as she seems to work so hard to ensure everyone here is happy!

A Review At Long Last
As a previous resident I wanted to highlight how amazing this place is. I lived in Apartment 924 A. Stayed here for roughly 3 years. Best place to live in Merced. Never had to go anywhere for anything except to eat out at a restaurant or get food. Very close to the UC so when I was studying for my Physical Science major, distance was convenient. Michael was always very helpful and went above and beyond to help me if I had any issues. Sad I had to leave but if you're a student looking for an amazing place to call home, you found it.

Great place to live
I love living here. It’s so nice to be able to have all the amenities we have. I just walk downstairs and I have access to this dope cafe/THEATER indoors and outdoors/bbq/fire pits. It’s a blast. I definitely recommend!

My home away from home
I love living here. Its been 3 years. The staff are nice here and the amenities are actually very nice and modern. My favorite amenity is definitely the outdoor theater because it is super cool in the evening. Really great amount of space too!! I always use the pool Jacuzzi and love playing in the game room on the pool tables with my friends.
