Great staff
I toured a few months ago and really loved the place. They have up to date amenities. The staff was amazing and helpful. Love the area and great place to raise a family. Love the swimming pool and club room.

Amazing place to live.
Amazing community! Leah was awesome at maintaining the community and helping through move in and move out. Best place I have lived in Cali. Had a townhouse and was one of the originals here from day one! Appliance and amenities are resort style.

I am a resident at Vida, and I have had an excellent experience. I have not encountered any issues during my time here. The community is quiet at night, which I greatly appreciate. The leasing team has been consistently professional and helpful, and the maintenance staff does an outstanding job keeping the property well maintained. Additionally, the management team regularly sends reminders to residents to help maintain consistency within the community, which I truly value. Overall, I truly enjoy living here.

One of the best apartments i have live in
I been renting here for over a year now, and I can say that the care for each resident is unique, the maintenance crew is always on point of everything as well as the cleaning crew. specially Sandra, she always .asking sure that the apartments are always clean and in great shape

Vida at Morgan Hill
Weve had an amazing experience at VIDA in Morgan Hill, and a huge part of that is thanks to Leah, the leasing manager. From the very beginning, she made the entire process of getting our apartment feel easy and stress-free. Her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail truly set her apart. Our tour experience with the staff she assigned for us was excellent Leah took the time to answer all of our questions and made us feel confident and excited about choosing VIDA as our new home. Anytime an issue comes up, she is quick to respond and handles everything efficiently, which gives us so much peace of mind. She also goes above and beyond by organizing great events for residents, creating opportunities for neighbors to connect and build a real sense of community. Its clear she genuinely cares about the people who live here. Thank you, Leah, for everything youve done for us. We truly appreciate all your hard work and dedication. VIDA is such a wonderful place to live, and we look forward to having you as our leasing manager for many years to come!
