Maintenance

The maintenance team here is Awesome! They come within the hour and there very knowledgeable answering all my questions. I and always count on Nick for all my work orders being done right and he's so polite.

Nicholas is an amazing service technician. Since moving here, he has always been extremely attentive and always willing to help. Anytime I needed anything fixed, he was able to resolve it promptly. I have had nothing but good experiences thus far.

Great customer service

The team in the office have always been so kind and helpful. Always willing to take a moment to ask about our day and address any questions that I may have. Jennifer the manager is always willing to assist me and takes the time to listen even though I'm sure they're all very busy.

I regret ever even hearing the name of this place

I moved to Delhaven Pointe in October. Living here is an absolute nightmare. This place is very dirty see attached photo. My neighbor beats his wife so loud. My upstairs neighbors pound on my ceiling so hard that my bed actually shakes underneath me, this goes on for 5 plus hours on an almost daily basis, see attached video. In the attached video you hear my light fixture and water sprinkler rattling very loudly also you hear my desk rattling in the backround this goes on for 5+ hours almost daily. I have complained about this to managment and nothing has been done. I gave them video evidence of my desk rattling against the wall, fixtures rattling and nonstop pounding, screaming and cursing going on at all hours of the day and all throughout the night. In response I was told that I was being sensitive to noise, I was actually told this about a week after my upstairs neighbor was arrested for felony domestic violence for beating his wife which I had to listen to for quite a while before the cops arrived. I moved here to take care of my disabled mother and I honestly do not feel safe even leaving her here by herself. Management here at Delhaven Pointe is totally incompetent and uncaring. Many residents that live here feel the same way that I do in fact on the Ring doorbell app residents refer to Delhaven as "Hell Haven" and I 100% agree with that assesment. This place is not good for anyone who works from home or is looking to enjoy any amount of peace and quiet.
