We’ve lived here once from 2012 to 2014. We left for about 10 years and came back. Besides parking and outsiders coming in to use the swimming pools on the weekends and holidays, it’s an excellent community.

Well maintained and clean properties. I cannot ask more for the security however, my room is next to the imperial hwy. So the traffic noise is insane. I did everything to soundproof, but it did not work well.

Although my move into solterra is a recent-ish one, I've enjoyed every second of my time here thanks to the diligence by the office staff and maintenence to ensure the standard of living is high. The area is always safe and clean and kept up to date.

I have complaints about apartment not community, apartment should be upgraded with new appliances,we have all old like old faucets , kitchen faucets,garbage disposal makes too loud without proper cleaning, air condition in upstairs not having enough cooling, can hear noises from side apartments, sometimes I had disturbed sleep because late night I can hear someone talking. Other than that I am satisfied with location and surroundings of apartment.

overpriced

for the amount that we pay monthly, i accept so much more from this place. i’m so glad i moved. there started to be more & more dog crap that wasn’t getting cleaned, to be honest, it might’ve been human feces. idk if homeless people were coming into the gates or what but i started to find pieces of clothing in the bushes as well. the washer/dryer sucks & dnt clean very well. instead they mess up ur clothes. things are flimsy inside the apartment. microwave door handle came off. the towel rack on the bathroom door came off. if u have the 2bedroom with the upstairs bedroom, the floor above is very creaky. maintenance never responded to my request to have my dishwasher fixed. i sent the request over 3 times. they claim they came & there was no one there to open the door but i was there, every time, waiting, jeanette is very rude & passive aggressive. her attitude sucks. overall this place is extremely overpriced & continues to go up. no apartment in this place is worth $3500+. 3 stars

Nice place, nice grounds just expensive for the area. The people with dogs don’t clean up after themselves so some areas always have poop. The gym never has water or cups anymore. The front pool isn’t heated anymore which is kind of cheap!

I really love residing here at Solterra at Civic Center. The amenities are great, the staff is always helpful and professional and my neighbors are like family to me. Being dog-friendly is one of the main reasons I've lived here going on 5 years.

I've lived here for 3 years and my experience with the staff and maintenance is wonderful. The parking is always concerning but manageable. Hopefully the pricing can go down a bit(hint hint) Overall I love it and would recommend a friend or family member living here.

Main issues: Plans to renovate the parking lot were not scheduled with consideration to residents - a lot of residents were unable to find parking on the nights when the renovation was occurring. Amenities (pool, gym, etc.) have been closed indefinitely due to COVID, but rental rates were not adjusted to reflect that. Water bill is also apparently determined based on the water usage of all units in the building even though everyone's water usage is different and the water pressure in the bathroom is terrible. Finally, it seems that whenever the management office is called, no one picks up or returns messages even when the matter is important.

Although it's only been a few weeks that I have just moved in I love my community it's quite, neighbors are friendly, pet friendly, super clean, gardens are very well kept, staff is helpful, the pools are clean always ready for a deep, plenty of parking for you and your guests.

The living conditions here at Solterra at Civic Center are excellent. The new upgraded apartments are really nice. I particularly like the fact that my one bedroom apartment comes with a washer/dryer. That alone makes it worth living here. Community management and staff are very professional and friendly. Highly recommend you come and take a look for yourself.

Before moving in I noticed an issue in the u it advised leasing office they suggested that we didnt have to move in quite yet but still want us to pay the pro rate from that day. Moved in it was still an issue not until they got new management and I was fed did they start resolving the issues I had with the unit.

When I moved in the apartment was very dusty with small paint drops throughout the kitchen/living room. The microwave handle broke off and you could see the glue residue from what seems to be a previous fix attempt. The washer failed and the screen door fell out, weve tried multiple times to put it back but it continues to fall. The restroom faucets make it impossible to keep clean without constantly touching the sink. Management has poor communication. Even when asked direct questions via email, theyre ignored. So you have to ask again and again.
