I like my place but, the kids need to be checked by their parents, they run through the hall ways running and screaming, knocking on people doors running. Taking down the pictures in the hall way. We give videos and nothing is being done about that.

Really love the unit very nice and the grounds are well kept. Me and my son have been living here for 2yrs and we really enjoy the apartment. Nice and large will love to have a laundry room in the unit.

Everyone does what they want here at the Enclave. Lease agreement has many rules that no one enforces, not one. Management needs to read lease agreement and enforce rules and policies. At least a few. But not one is enforced. Had to click one star to finish survey. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Enjoy staying here. It’s clean safe place to dwell. I would refer and recommend family and friends to also stay here. Office staff are nice and friendly I love that. Respect goes along way with me. Stop on and check out available floor plans and make The Enclave your new home.

The apartment is great. Other than needing a better cleaning team the apartment is good. I wish there wasn’t and roaches and my appliances worked and I had a screen door to air out my apartment from the other smells .

The apartment itself checks off all our boxes. Large closet space, Central AC, modern look, and laundry hookups. The cleaning crew needs to do a better job at maintaining the hallways and elevator/trash rooms. The smell is horrible in that area as well as the stairs.

Love the unit, the employees in the leasing office or kind, the building is ok except for the person on the third floor on top of me, the building is clean some times, the gate lock doesn't work you can just walk in, on the Paramount side the windows need soundproof windows.

My experience at this community is good, the people are friendly. It’s not a noisy community, I like the upkeep. The dog park could use some work it’s full of dog poop, but besides that everything is pretty good

We have lived here for several years now and have seen several management companies come and go. So I expectations are not particularly high at this point. I know things get missed, but a lack of response to a maintenance request is annoying to say the least.

No issues new staff has cleaned this place up. Azul from the office has always been so helpful. There has been so many upgrades on the property including new water heaters, all new elevators. Overall this is a cozy place

The only problem I’ve really had was with the old management messing up with my rent relief and basically putting me in debt a year of rent. That was not cool at all but the new management is definitely doing a better job here. It’s a little bit cleaner and everyone seems to be more on it. Besides some minor small things I really do enjoy living here.

The apartment are ok but they need to fix to many things , pool are the grill don’t work the fireplace for the pool are don’t work jacuzzi don’t work the seats all bad including chairs, park is not good and the smell needs to get better They need more stuff.

Great place to live, minus the bugs. The upkeep and maintenance has definitely improved under the new management. I like the amenities (2 gyms, pool/pool area, jacuzzi, play yard/structure, cheap laundry facilities, gated).

Still waiting on so many things to be taken care of and nothing gets fixed. I’ve had so many problems living here it’s terrible. My house has had so many leaks I’m not looking forward for it to rain again because I’m scared it’s gonna cause a leak again. Also my account is not accurate and they always say they’re reaching out to accounting and it never gets fixed. It’s a. Smoke free place but everyone smokes here and it’s always filthy

When we first moved in, the building had the best staff. Costumer service was always good. The building was always clean , safe and great neighbors, now it went from 5 stars to 2 stars. We need a management company that hires the right staff and also they need to hire more maintenance techs and a cleaning crew to maintain the building clean.

It was a pleasant experience moving in and having access to my unit as maintenance had the large gates opened so I could pull in my haul truck! The apartment was clean and all my appliances worked great!

I had a work order for a leak in my shower and it took them 4 weeks to get it done after visits at the office, several phone calls and online request. The water leak was up to a gallon per hour. The face plate issue on our door is still not done. Work order was requested since June. Our new neighbors have been irresponsible pet owners. They let their pets pee and poo on the hallways. It takes days before somebody cleans them up.

Do not rent here. They don’t have anybody in the office. They switch staff every 3 days. They never fix anything. The maintenance men are rude. The keys are weird and an inconvenience. The clickers don’t work. When the hurricane came water was shooting through my window. There was roaches everywhere. Most of all there is no communication from staff they never answered the phone and never call you back.

It can be a very nice place to live all on all. The service needs improvement along with communication. The cleaning staff has been doing a pretty good job with keeping the grounds clean. It's a decent place to live so far. I've only been around 2 months.
