A decent place to live

Although this place is in a seedy area, the security is very good here. The rent was decent and it was pretty quiet overall. <br><br>I'd recommend it to other people.

Worth a look for the budget-minded

I've been with Concord Square for almost 3 years now, with only a few problems to report. Initially, I was drawn to its spaciousness (the 2 bedrooms/bath are of equal size) and the cheap rent (we were taking over a friend's lease). The complex is old, but Management has been quick to fix problems in my apartment. <br> <br>Parking was rarely ever a problem, even for my visitors. As a plus, Stater Bros. and K-Mart are right across the street. The 60 fwy/I-215 are also nearby, though trafficky due to the construction on Iowa. <br> <br>Now about those "few problems"... Rent increased just about every 6 months, so my current rent is $200 more than my first. There was also a problem with outgoing mail getting stolen, so now I make a trip to the post office twice a week.

Not really worth the new rent increase.

I have lived at Concord square for 2 years now and can´t wait to leave. They have raised the rent from 775 to 825 if we sign on for another 6 months otherwise its 875. We live on the Iowa Ave side of the complex which is VERY noisy. Once you get past that the walls are pretty thin. We have had problems with leaking fixtures from upstairs as well as a plethora of car thefts from the unsecure parking area. It used to be one of the cheaper complexes for students in the area with 2 complete bathrooms and pretty equal size rooms. I´d say not all the apartments in the complex would be as bad but the street side takes some gettting used to.
