Wasp are a problem..

Wasps and ants are allover the place. Best to take care of them yourself. Parking is assigned. I barley use my spot because it's so far. But when all guest parking is taken I've never found anyone in my reserved spot. Also my car has been broken into once before and didn't get any help from the office

Excellent time here at Vineyard Gates. Great management staff!

Vineyard Gates is a safe community and very accommodating for people with pets. I recommend this community for anyone with pets that want to live in Roseville. Melissa Padilla did a great job helping out with our moving out process.

Our office & maintenance staff are extremely attentive & super nice. They are on top of any maintenance requests & always have a quick response time! We appreciate having such great management & maintenance team :)

I wish I could give them 10 stars!!!! Best community I have ever lived in!!!! The management is FABULOUS!!! Robyn ( The Community Manager ),would take time out of her busy day to personally call me and help me with anything I needed . She always makes you feel important :) She and her entire staff truly care about the residents. Amanda and Silvana are AWESOME! They are always sweet and professional , from the day I moved in. The maintenance team just doesn't get any better! Jeff, Doug ,Tyler and Kevin are the BEST ........Not only do they do a great job, they are always friendly and smiling. You can't drive by them on the property without and wave and a "Good Morning". Vineyard Gate is clean and peaceful and I am sad I had to move. I would HIGHLY recommend this community to anyone looking for a great place to call home. You will want to stay forever!!!! Doretta

This complex offer the best for seniors, the apartment where we are is super spacious, large rooms and bathrooms, plenty space on the patio. The recreational areas are always clean, the pool and Jacuzzi area invite to relax. Quite and secure complex. Easy access to major freeways, church, hospital and mall. The office and maintenance staff are super cordial, respectful and very efficient. We love our apartment.

I searched in many places a quiet, safe place and that was close to my work. I found this apartment community in everything and more. My parents love it and live quiet and very comfortable. Social facilities are well maintained and clean. The team are very professional and pleasant. I fully recommend this apartment community to which is looking for what I found.

Apt is nice but manager is very rude and is very unprofessional. Also i cleaned my apt to the point of perfection. They charged me the heavy cleaning anyway and took most of my deposit. Rip off artists

After being a homeowner for almost 20 years it was hard to think of moving into an apartment. I was so blessed to find Vineyard Gate. The 2 bedroom 2 bath is perfect! Two large bedrooms with walk in closets and private bathrooms. The balcony is huge and has private storage. It is almost 1200 square feet, and acutally has room for my dining table which seats 6!! The office staff is great, and the grounds are clean and well kept. They really take care of the property.

We have lived at Vineyard Gates Apartment Homes for 10 months and have found the management team to be very capable, responsible and responsive to calls. Very few of your walls connect with other tenants and all of the appartments have a great patio! This has been a great place while we looked for a home to buy.. We highly recommend this location! DO NOT LIVE HERE. If I could, I would never have given this apartment my money. The customer service is so unbelievably rude. They do not take responsibility for anything and will charge you for every little thing. My roommate and I mainly moved here because of the large floor plan, but have had it. The people that work in the front office need to learn manners, I am surprised they still have jobs.

Very unhappy about the new no barbeque rule..just bought a new one....what do I do with It? I wonder if a petition is in order. The new so called clubhouse is a little goddy....does anybody actually use it. It is not very inviting. We need bigger dumpsters. After the trash is picked up on Saturday the doors are left open and there is trash on the ground. If they mounted the release lever a little higher on the gate maybe people wouldn't throw trash over it. I have gone out and closed the gates before my guest arrive.

I've lived at Vineyard Gates almost 7 years now. Saw them go through management and owner changes and have no complaints. The staff from day one have been GREAT! If you need something fixed, they are on top of it. If they don't fix it the same day it's always the next day. Grounds are well maintained with different types of trees and flowers to enjoy throughout the seasons. Apartments are very spacious compared to others in the general area and the location couldn't be better. Grocery store, gas station and plenty of fast food choices just down the road and Denio's across the street. The pet policy was 3 when I moved in 7 yrs ago but they have changed that to two now. Everyone I met here has been very pet friendly and have met a lot of neighbors that have become true friends. My job has me relocating to another state and will hate to leave but I have enjoyed calling Vineyard Gates my home and recommend others to make Vineyard Gates their home as well.

After almost 4 years living at Vineyard Gate we can only say it was the best choice in the area. We don't understand the bad reviews. The management has been very appropiate and quick to respond when in need of assistance, the apartments are spacious, the pool area is confortable and well taken care of,and in general all exteriors and landscape are very nicely maintained. We always called this place home, had to leave because we bought our own, but I wouldn't doubt recommending it. Patricia.

Not only is the Vineyard apts great but the staff is great as well. They treat people like they would expect to be treated. The few minor issues I have had were resloved in a very timely manner. My expectations and requirements are very high and the staff here have exceeded both. If you are looking for a step or two up from where you are now this would be the place to call home.

I moved to Vineyard Gate Apts in 2007 and saw the managemet change, the apt complex get a new paint job, and existing rules and standards enforced. It was always a good place to live--it just got better. I had some issues at times but they were handled, and that is what counts--is there a system and staff in place to resolve issues for all (not just me). The goal is to live in unity, respectful of one another. I moved in 2013 in search of a home and a 2-car garage. But, frankly, I ended up missing Vineyard Gate, the security, the safe environment, the standards that come with the gated community. My standards are high and Vineyard Gates is one place I would refer others to; it is a good place to live and well-managed. After 5 years living there, I do have the experience to speak from. Moving there is not a risk--it is coming home.

This is the first time I lived in an apartment in 30 years and I have to say I am happy with Vineyard Gate. Maintenance crew is top notch. Must of the office staff is very helpful and always has time for anyone that enters the office. The only problem I have with Vineyard Gate Apartements is its upper management. Never seem to have time for anyone that needs to talk to them and if they do, the individuals have to wait. Just an observation. Overall, Vinegate Apartment living is top notch.

TAKE MY ADVICE! If you make the poor choice of renting here, TAKE PLENTY OF PHOTOS when you move in (and out). Document everything! As the other reviews say... they will try to screw you when you move out! My apartment was left cleaner than when I moved in & they still took over half of my deposit. Also watch out if you have a pet... we never saw any pet stains when moved in (although a neighbor told us the previous tenants had a dog). But during the move out inspection, they came through with a UV light and pointed out a bunch of pets stains you cant see with the naked eye... and tried to blame it on us. (stains were in areas where we had dressers & beds, etc) so we knew they weren't from our pet. Those stains will not come up with professional shampooing (we tried) and now the next pet owner that lives there will get blamed for them again.

I'm surprised by the negative recent posts here. I have lived at Vineyard Gate for the past six months and have experienced no problems. The grounds are beautifully kept, cannot say enough good things about this place! if your transitioning from a house this is the best place to live! I enjoy the nice location. Close to the freeway and shopping centers Any repairs that I have needed were done almost immediately. The office personnel are also great. Friendly, helpful and efficient.

We lived there for just over six months. Was ok while living there... nothing special, but upon move out they overcharged for several items. We hung two items on the wall the whole time we lived there, and they charged us for a whole apartment painting - over $400.00. They will try to take your whole deposit! Be very careful and take lots of pictures upon move out and please do the final walk through!! We have lived in other apartments and never received the outrageous move out costs that Vineyard Gate charged us.

We are military and have lived at quite a few different apartments around the country. This had definitely been one of our best rental experiences. I truly feel that those that have a hard time living here are residents that don't want to follow the basic rules. The rules here are not strict just in place to ensure that we are courteous of one another. Every interaction I have had with the management has been professional and pleasant and the maintenance staff is so incredibly helpful and efficient. Any repairs have been done within a couple of hours of my request and have been completed properly the first time. There has been the same staff members the entire year I've lived here so they know the residents and really feel like neighbors more than members of a maintenance or management team. You will not be sorry you lived here.
