We have continued to live here because it is close to our sons school & the rent rate is good. Questionable tenants live in some units&#44; grounds have more and more debris every day. Nasty things are written in the childrens playground area & there are actual holes in the equipment - not safe for the little ones! Quality of tenants has decreased severely. There are break-ins now&#44; drunk drivers that hit cars on Mossy Bank & the Police are called to regulate some domestic dispute daily. We play at a near by park and don&#39;t use any of the amenties on the ground. During the summer they had tenants throwing BBQ pits and ashtrays in the pool. Be proactive and get cameras to monitor the area and protect the tenants or increase security. They have let this property go down hill. The most recent notice on our door was regarding a rape on the grounds. Yikes!

We moved in October of 2008 and we have decided we&#39;d like to stay at least 1 more year.

We moved in on a special so our price is a little less than their normal rates.

You must first accept that this a lower end neighborhood with quite a few inconsiderate and very loud neighbors. (not just the complex&#44; nearby houses too). Since we&#39;ve moved in we&#39;ve had the cops at our door to serve a warrant on a previous tenant&#44; and a tow truck to repo the car of yet another tenant.  Again&#44; I believe this is just the nature of the neighborhood.  

Every unit has a single car garage&#44; but you do have limited space to get it - for instance&#44; if someone decides to park perpendicular to their own garage across from yours - then you won&#39;t be able to get in our out of your own.  But to me that&#39;s just rude people.

The apartment itself.  We&#39;re in an upstairs unit and love to spend time on the back porch.  We don&#39;t hear neighbors through the walls&#44; and we&#39;ve asked our downstairs neighbors if we&#39;re very noisy to them. We were concerned our footsteps might be too loud&#44; but they say we don&#39;t bother them at all (at least not compared to the overly hyper child who lived here before us).  We do hear the overly loud bass stereo systems&#44; from cars and other units - but that is not unique to this location either.

Things breaking.  I re ad reviews after we&#39;d signed paperwork and was nervous about the repair rate of thingsbut it hasn&#39;t been that much of a problem for us.  Every complaint we&#39;ve made have been dealt with in a week or less.  (we had an air conditioning leak&#44; the garage door opening arm separated from the garage door&#44; and a weird bug infestation).  There are some things that could stand a replace - the dishwasher is old&#44; but it works as well as I could expect. (In my lifetime&#44; I&#39;ve never had a dishwasher that actually does a great job&#44; this one does fine if you give things a quick rinse first)&#44; and the dryer takes longer than it should.  The electronic things don&#39;t bother me - they&#39;re just old equipment&#44; things break down when they&#39;re old... but no faster here than anything I&#39;ve used before. The bath kits are plastic and don&#39;t feel like their supported right (they both creak when you stand in various places) but if they break&#44; I feel confident that management would do something about it.

For the price&#44; and being as close to downtown as we are&#44; I don&#39;t really have any complaints.  Maybe we&#39;re an anomaly&#44; but that&#39;s my piece.  I am sorry to those that have had a bad experience here.

The community is very friendly I like that When I get up and go to work I see a lot of couples a lot of people walking their dogs that's telling me that it's giving me a sense of security is good even  With the coronavirus going on they were able to open the pool for me

I love this community because it's very clean not only that it is such a quiet neighborhood which helps a lot for my kids with their zoom class in this time of homeschool due to covid-19. I also adore it's workers and their services. I will definitely recommend this place to my families and relatives. Thank you

I appreciate that the screening is very strict. It gives a hopeful safety feeling that the people that are accepted will treat Delta Points like home helping keeping all area's clean inside and outside all through the complex and safe. BLESSINGS!

Nice roomy units with attached garages. Contains ample storage, however, could use more walkway lighting as my particular unit is in the back. Guest parking on my court is somewhat a probl m as there are tenants who occupy the spaces as their personal spaces. Plenty of street parking.

In 1993 I arrived in Delta Pointe and have decades of neighbors and staff stories with a long list of reasons to live here, stay hear and to contribute to the lives of this community and neighborhood.
The neighbors, windows, room sizes, appliances, garages and the beautiful grounds of mature trees makes this a home instead of an apartment that must be tolerated.

I love working in this apartment with Nick,Alydia, Jenna and all the staffs in the office.They have been so good to me and my little family and whenever I need help with maintenance ,they always get it fix fast and they made sure I am happy and they always clean the area they work before they leave.If someone needs a good place to live.I will definitely recommend you Delta Pointe Apartments.They are the best.

Lovely, quiet community. Feels peaceful and safe. Property is well maintained. Everything I need is within walking distance. Close to downtown and freeway access to anywhere is nearby. What a great place to make a home.

I like the different amenities however some are outdated like the washer and dryer. The response to maintenance request is great. My lease is up and it sucks they are raising the rent 8% the most I've ever been charged for a rent increase. Just ridiculous!

There is no security at this apartment complex, or at least dedicated security that patrols or will respond to security concerns. The company just does not pay the security company enough to provide these services anymore. Homeless people are constantly going through the trash cans, breaking into cars, stealing cars, breaking into empty apartment units and sleeping there, breaking into mailboxes and stealing. And even staff golf carts are stolen by residents and others on a regular basis probably due to the fact that everyone knows very little will be done to permanently correct the situation.  Residents concerns are rarely if ever followed up on and resolved. Work orders for repairs are treated as an imposition to the office staff and done in their own good time, if ever Without having to constantly bug the office staff.

Property staff keeps the grounds cleaned and maintained, any problems with units are resolved quickly. They frequently hold community events and rarely require utilities interference. Overall a good property and management company.
