It has been a very enjoyable. Place to call my home. The staff is wonderful and friendly and professional. But to truly make it a win-win for myself. I wish there were more close by supermarkets. /restaurants within walking distance outside of that this place is awesome.

Victor did an awesome job. Our service maintenance request for our broken washing machine was resolved within 12 hours! He replaced our washing machine with a new one. We are very pleased with the Griffis Mission Valley staff. This team is awesome. Big thank you!

During my visit I noticed a very relaxed community that has a lot of space to feel more at home than in a hotel. The pool area was spacious, when you walk out of your door your outside and not inside so I don't feel claustrophobic or trapped inside, and the noise level very relaxed

It's a nice apartment complex with modern appliances and quality amenities aside from the coffee machine. Have seen some minor pest issues in the parking garage. They could do better job with overall cleanliness and upkeep of the hallways and stair cases. Overall 8/10

Apartment searching was a breeze. Zoe was a great help with the virtual tour. The signing of all documents was made so simple and it was all effective and quick. The newly renovated apartments are some of the best in the local area.

Beautiful apartments, but not worth the money I pay. I could rent a house in San Diego for less than I pay for this apartment. If the price remained what was discussed prior to signing lease, this would be an amazing place to live.

Great apartments, amenities and location. They have a lovely heated pool, jacuzzi, fire pits, barbecue grills. Community lounge and billiard table. Staff are friendly and welcoming, it's also pet friendly and close to fashion valley mall and easy freeway access.

This apartment building is a great distance from food places, shops, and schools. It is also conveniently located next to a freeway entrance, making commuting very accessible. The apartments are nice and new, making this a very good place to live.

My first impression into the leasing office was a smile and a pleasant greeting from Mirah which already made me feel comfortable. She answered my pre--tour questions and then was very efficient in showing me the apartment and community amenities. She was very thorough and kind.

The community has been absolutely wonderful and a delight to stay at. We have had no issues throughout our stay and staff have been very helpful. Big shoutout to Ciara Mcdade, she helped us with our lease and everything else that went along with it. She has been nothing but helpful and kind and friendly. The community staff respond swiftly and all maintenance is handled immediately as well. Even the maintenance workers are kind and considerate and clean up after themselves every time they come in. We have had no complaints whatsoever and have thoroughly enjoyed living at Griffis! Also, love the food truck Fridays! Definitely raised the standard of requirements now lol!

Clean

I’ve lived here for almost about a year and the team here is very responsive to making sure our needs are met. JACUZZI and pool and always clean and clear water . The gym here has an amazing up keep allowing others to use it with out trouble. It’s very centralized and if needed you don’t have to go far to get what you need .

Great place for young people and pet owners. Perfect location. Not far from downtown and close to shopping. SeaWorld, fashion valley, target and plenty of grocery stores are easily accessible as well as all of the freeways

The community is as good as the people living within it. I am very proud of the way our neighbors and the staff bound together to take action against a family that was living here under false identity and were responsible for theft and other crimes. We are a stronger community now then ever before.

They are disrespectful the way they talk and very frustrating living here dirty all the time plus the service and customer service are very poor it's very frustrating the way they handle problems no understand no follow up if I can move out I will do it immediately

Awful communication. Extremely loud from other tenants and construction combined. I am paying for secure parking and the garage gate has been broken and permanently open 3 out of the 4 weeks I have lived here. Leasing staff does not reach out and is a pain to get ahold of. Actual unit is nice, and that is it. I would not recommend this building.

not recommended. Staff likes to harass residents when they complain about security and trash. Expect alot of hidden fees, broken in cars, package theft, broken pool and gym. Expect gates to not work.

Very nice apartments, staff is nice willing and knowledgeable... common areas remodeling and gym took a while but ended looking amazing, parcel lockers are a nice plus... location, location, location.
