Disgusting and typical money grab investors.

Bugs on countertops and bathroom, even with thorough paid cleaning. Walls and ceilings of patios and bedrooms have been exposed to excessive mold damage due to inability to repair rooftops. The streets are not properly maintained, so instead of riding in a vehicle, you are as if you are on a horse. There have been tenants that have used explosive devices on other tenants vehicles, and the last manager, Sally, as everyone refers to, was constantly going to jail along with her husband for spouse abuses. If anyone feels that these things are invalid, feel free to look it up. We sued for 90 thousand dollars for mold and won our case. Good riddance. Security hall lights are never on. Good luck there.
