Avoid this place

Of all the places that I have live in the past 15 years, this is the absolute worst. Security is a joke. <br> <br>Water has been off for 8 days in the last year, often at odd times. (This is in San Francisco, USA not in San Francisco, Colombia). <br> <br>Manager is a cynical, sarcastic witch who doesn´t bother to read her own contracts and has no clue as to how to resolve conflict. <br> <br>Those who can afford to leave, run at the end of their contract. The complex has a long vacancy list. <br> <br>Cars routinely get vandalized; People spit in the elevator; there has been a murder here; gangs are active.
