Rude residents, deceitful staff, not safe

My car just hot stolen on their property! (on my assigned parking space) Poor security if you ask me. They claim its due to their tight budget that they cut back their patrol. People don't hold the elevators for you..their was this infant that crying and someone yelled "Shut your ------- kid up!!!" Low class in my opinion. And my roommate and I thought we were paying 1299 special for a studio, only to be told that we had to rent for a certain amount of time for the offer to be valid. The staff isnt very knowledgeable, we were told that there were plenty of vacancies available only to be told the next day that everything was taken. So same your money to rent elsewhere.
