Much nicer than most...

I am in the minority here, but I don't agree with the negative reviews. Maybe because I moved here from the horrendous Park West Apartments on Funston Avenue. These buildings look pretty decent and maintained adequately. My 2-bedroom apartment is pretty large, sunny, and has spectacular view on the lake. When I moved in, I had new carpet and decent appliances. Since then management made many improvements - new carpet and fresh paint in the hallways and the club house. I recently hosted a party there, and all my guests loved it. In my apartment management installed granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms. It made my apartment look 100% better. Of course, this place has problems, but find me one in San Francisco that is perfect? And find me a place for this price that has a decent-size heated pool, Jacuzzi, tennis courts, club house with pool and ping pong tables, exercise room with new equipment, sauna, steam room, and 6 laundry rooms etc. When you find one, please, let me know. For now I am staying here.
